I had a minor set back with my order but was offered a free unlocking service by one of the employees great service and help now just waiting to go through the process. You can trust these guys

Great service !!! The code came in less than 10 minutes and worked perfectly, highly recommended this site to unlock devices, and all for a cheap price.

I followed up with my order, apparently my order got stuck in the processing system. Customer service apologized, expedited my service and refunded my money. Didn't give five stars because I didn't get my unlock code before my trip.

My iPhone 7 plus is now unlocked.

I payed to get my iPhone unlocked within 1-3 days, that was January 2 mid night. 4 days later I contact them letting them know I did not as yet receive any email confirmation from them. 2 days after emailing them got no reply, so I decided to email them again. 7 day now after that order. I was getting anxious after 7 days passed and but finally getting in touch with Cellfservice. I receive an apology for the long wait, and a refund plus, an offered to unlock my iPhone for free with premium service. Awesome.

Had a phone to unlock. Contacted the client support. Got the answer with all the further guidelines. In my order it was written that the expected time for the code is from 5-10 business days, recieved my code on the 7th. Now phone is unlocked and perfectly working. Easy, transparent, troublefree and 100% reliable.

Update: My IPhone is currently unlocked after waiting about 4 days before my sprint iPhone 6s didn't accept my Verizon SIM card now it's working I'll be coming back to unlock my moms iPhone 6s make sure you use premium service if you're with sprint! Thank you

Im not to sure about this i paid extra money to have a code within 12 hours its been 24 and not even a email or responce to the 2 emails i sent i heard this was the best unlock site but as of right now i paid for a service im not sure works
I hope they fix this i got more to unlock

They did what everyone else said was impossible, worth the time and money. Activation is simple and phone works with no issues. Highly recommend and will be returning to unlock more iPhones.

I had issues with my online order that was place. I was expected to received a code in 0 -12 hours but it never arrived and i became disappointed. I wrote a poor review and instantly I received a email from Alex. He was able fix my problem instantly. In fact he even went above and beyond to satisfied my need. The website stated that it would take 3-5 business days to unlock my Iphone 7, after 6 business days I contacted customer support and immediately received a reply from Alex (to my astonishment) to which he explained a delay due to the Holidays and volume of requests. On the eight day my Iphone was unlocked and Alex gave me a 25% special discount for the delay and a further 25% discount on my next unlock. I placed the order on the web-site of those guys. It was said that my order will take 12-72 hrs. After 72 hrs i still didnt recieve my code. I sent a note and got an IMMEDIATE reply, that provider of the service is down, so this is why it takes longer to get me the code. They refunded my order and promised that as soon as possible they will proovide me a code free of charge. And guess what? In less than a day i got my code. Basically for free! And it worked! That was very cool. I really appreciated the service! Those guys really take care of their costumers! Highly reccomended company!

Payment posted 8 days ago. They want 3-7 days for unlock process.Phone will unlocked with 1 day delay but UNLOCKED. For any inconvenience Alex offer me full refund and 50% off for any future unlock. Nobody else can't help me with, only this company.
