Just used for 2 Moto G that I brought with me from UK to Brazil. I thought the phones were lost as no technician here could unlock an international phone. So glad I found this guys! Both unlocked! :)

Fast and Excellent service

I got a phone that was locked- LG G5. And honestly had no idea of how to unlock it. So i was suggested to use a service of those guys. They have an incredibly friendly and whats more important useful and professional client support- they explained me how to do literally everything step by step with patience. I got a quick reply and useful guidance from a client support and i also got my code within just couple of minutes so all in all my phone is functioning properly. Highly recommended service provider. 2 week and order not delivered

Not so good! Really mad..
I've ordered 2 weeks ago for unlocking my iPhone 7, the estimated delivery was 3-7 days, and still not done! They said that the service of the supplier was temporary down and they had to re-submit the order...

Don't waste your time.. find another company for the service!

STAY AWAY

Company is bogus if i was to give my honest opinion speaking my mind there would be swearing in here. Just take your money to a reputable unlocking service because my experience with cellfservice was poor just play the waiting game with no updates then come to find out they were not able to unlock my phone.

Money refund after complain

I've asked for the code to unlock my iphone 5s, meanwhile it was unlocked by by network. I requested the cancellation - but it was impossible because my order was being processed. after 3 business days the order was still processing - i have requested money refund but as before i was asked to 'contact the boss'.//// I was contacted by the customer service and I got refund. Thanks for fast reply

If an IMEI has already been submitted to processing, we indeed have no option to cancel this for an issue out of our control as we are irrevocably charged by our supplier. If the processing time is exceeded though, your order can be canceled at any point and if the IMEI cannot be unlocked at all, your order is automatically canceled.

SCAM! Dont risking your money and time

Hi, In this email i'd like to asking and complain to you about the order #100089614
Your employee said to me my unlock order are not found! Here is what he said :

The results just came back as 'not found'. Unfortunately we were not able yo unlock your device. Your order will be canceled and refunded as soon as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!
Me: what is that even mean?
Artie: The service required for unlocking your device is down. we can't do anything at this point but refund your order.
Me: how can that be? I am ordering network check from you
now what to do to claim refund?
i am really disappointed

What a real shock is you charge me twice for this phone unlock although unsucceed! Hopefully you give my refund as you said immediately.

Misleading, awful company.

I purchased their 1-3 day unlocking service for my iPhone 6S Plus on AT&T for $29. I waited the 3 days while someone had already bought my phone on eBay and wanted to wait for unlock confirmation before shipping it...little did I know I'd get an email on day 3 saying it can't be unlocked because I owe money on it still.

I do owe money on it. I paid a family memeber's phone off and took their upgrade, so it all plays out the same, however this scam company has nowhere on their site "phone must be paid off." They then notify me that I need to purchase the premium service. How much you ask? $90!!!! Triple the original cost. All that could've been avoided with a notifier on the website. This company is a joke. Do not use them. Question whether they can unlock a phone at all.

The "Regular - Clean IMEIs only" option for AT&T iPhones unfortunately does not support barred/blacklisted devices of any type including devices with an unpaid balance. For these devices selecting the "Premium - All IMEIs" option is inevitable. Orders with non-clean IMEIs submitted to the "Regular - Clean IMEIs only" service are automatically canceled/refunded if the processing result shows the IMEI being not clean.

Expensive and really long waiting time!!!! Didnt even get my code :(

Its been 2 days and i still havent received my code, the price when i clicked my model and carrier was 29 something dollars and when i checked out it was like 60. $ i paid only because desperately need a working phone but im tempted to file a report with my bank because i think this is actually a scam. Dont waste ur time, they took 60$ and made me wait like 3 days only to find out im never going to get my code. SCAM SCAM SCAM. The email they send with ur payment confirmation is kinda sketchy looking too . Thumbs down .

We are sorry to hear about the dissatisfaction with your order. With some models the cost of unlocking (and hence the pricing) depends on the specific carrier the phone is locked to. In that case the carrier fee is shown directly in the carrier field, in the summary next to the "Order Now" button and again on the checkout page. Also, upon placing your order your funds are merely reserved, i.e. authorized while capturing is done only upon completion of your order. So in case your order is not completed yet, your funds are still pending and if your order cannot be completed at all, the authorization is automatically voided so you are fully covered either way.

In any case please contact us directly at support@cellfservices.com or http://support.cellfservices.com with your Order # or IMEI so we can check the situation with your order right away. Thank you again!

For services. They need you to connect on working hours.

They never stated clearly how it works. Now I know you have to receive an e-mail and then enter to a chat service, and be on a queue for attention. They attend only in working hours, that is from 9 am to 9 pm, no attention on Saturday or Sunday, they never told me this before buying. After entering the queue in chat, you are announced the people in the queue, from 7 to 0 half an hour, but.. after that, you have to wait to be attended even more, one hour.. and even then the one attending is taking in account 10 to 20 people at the same time.. so you have an average of 3 minutes to 10 minutes after each direction. They not state clearly you are supposed to download a program and RUN it, and set an IP in that application, if you have firewalls you will probably have more troubles. This is my third attempt to contact being in queue for a chat .. experiencing more than 5 hours total in waiting. Not even starting yet.

My previous rating was one, now I am changing to 5 stars because I do not know how to add a comment to complete the story, This day I could logging and complete all in less than fifteen minutes. And the cell is unlocked.. I am impressed, You also answered my e-mail, which indicates you take the outcome very serious.. Congrats.!!.

A Big Scam

I ordered an unlocking code from this company i was supposed to get an email whit the next 5-15 minutes as stated in the order details, well I never got it, after waiting 24 hours i checked their website to check on my order it showed that they have my code already, tried using it and it failed, I emailed for support took more then 24 hours to receive an reply email at 3am whit lots of questions basically whatever i wrote in the email was re-asked i replied and waited another 24 and at 3am i got reply explaining that its my problem i replied again explaining that thy are ignoring the problem 24 hours later i received a reply at 3am sating the same, I opened a case whit Paypal and all of a sodden they replied imminently saying a whole different story and offered to refund, the very same time i received an email in private not true Paypal support, saying I need to order a different product for double the money then they will refund my first order, i foreword that email too Paypal and they took care of them so if you-ready to go true. what I went true go ahead and buy from them.(it does not say any where on there site what type of service you need to buy for each phone like all other sites, it only offers you to unlock via app or by code since the unlock code is cheaper i ordered that. Please go ahead and try placing an order and see for your self if it says "explicitly" that you have to order the unlock by app as quoted below in their response below.)

The problem in this case was, that your phone has the "Device Unlock" app by T-Mobile pre-installed which would have required you to select the "Factory Unlock via Device Unlock App" option on the product page as explicitly outlined on there. Unfortunately by selecting instead the wrong option "Factory Unlock by Unlock Code", an Unlock Code was processed for your IMEI which could not be used due to the firmware not supporting this. However, as per our 100% Success or Money Back Guarantee, we refund incorrectly placed orders either way in case an alternative Unlocking Method is available to fix the issue, just like it is in this case. Due to this, our Tech Support informed you about the accurate unlocking method for your phone and your order was offered refund via Paypal.

Super fast andGreat costumer service! very happy, fast and accurate :)

I looked on the website and from all option on the internet this was the most appealing to me. I sent an email to make sure that they refund me if unlock is unsuccessful and I got a very fast respones that of course they do. I bought the 12-24 hours service and got the code in less than 5 hours. It worked perfectly! Thank you guys

They promise guarantee unlock. but all lies. epic FAIL...

i tried to unlock iphone 5s tru them. They promise all models guarantee. But beware, this is not true. They definitely FAILED to deliver. I received an email (after 10 days of waiting. this company sux do not order here) saying that they could not find the unlock code for my device tru AT&T. I just hope i get my money back now.
