I had accidentally ordered two products of the same, very shortly saw the confirmation and was bummed but as soon as I replied, one was deducted immediately! I was so relieved! Looking forward to receiving and according to the ratings I’m optimistic I’m going to really like it! I have zero concerns with their customer service so far ❤️

Love the mascara
Love the mascara. The eye shadow was received in poor condition. It was pulverized! I can’t even use it because it is ruined.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a mascara and eye liner pencil - I NEVER RECEIVED EITHER! I am still trying to get a refund with absolutely no help from customer service! I have gone on their Instagram page and written for help and I get the biggest run-around possible. It is obviously AI writing their responses but they do nothing to remedy the issues. Not once have they tried to contact their shipping provider to find out what delay/problem is - my package is obviously LOST AFTER 4 DAYS OF NOTHING! No updates - no nothing! I can’t tell you if their products are good because this no seem to use a legitimate shipping company to get their products to their customers! Terrible customer service -do not buy from this company!!!!!

Very Pleased
I received this quickly. Nice lift & fullness without being a clumpy mess. I don’t wear mascara everyday, so I’m waiting to see if eyelash growth eventually happens. So far, seems to be a nice product. It is replacing my old standby mascaras!

In exasperation, I notified the company, and though the first suggestion was, I ask all my neighbors, look around my home, and contact the carrier… In fact Cellmetics did the right thing and sent a second product. Fortunately, that one did arrive, and I am using it quite happily with the results.
