I’m so pleased working with them. They are effective compare to my other broker.
They respond to my concerns and email swiftly.

I have reached out to them on more than one occasion.
We (28) residents of the courtyard circus street Brighton all passed Censeo financial test to get shared home affordable housing. Since they have done job to get us in no one wants to reply or assist us anymore.
Why wasn’t we told the charges could go up 250%.
It’s big mess now and after being threatened with seek notice of possession and having to pay £750 week to clarion I’m being upset is understatement.
£121 service charge month to sign up and now £400 month. Awful.
Avoid using these and savills and clarion. There’s reason they are billionaire companies.

Censeo Financial was the allocated mortgage broker for the development where I first sought to purchase a home through shared ownership. The housing provider ultimately made the decision to rent their properties instead of selling them, but through that process I was allocated to Ayesha K who was everything a first-time buyer could ask for in a mortgage broker!

Great and stress free experience
Johnathan Holmes was my broker and from start to finish I felt in safe hands as a first time buyer its a nervous experience and Johnathan explained things to easily for me to understand I was kept up to date. Ruth Escobar was also very helpful and kept me in the loop regularly it was nice not having to chase them.
