As a first-time buyer, I was nervous and unsure about the mortgage process, but the team at Censeo, in particular, Christopher and Mercedes made the experience incredibly smooth and reassuring from the start.
I found them to be extremely efficient, friendly and professional throughout. What really stood out was their patience and understanding.
Communication has been excellent. They always respond back to me promptly, explaining things clearly, without ever making me feel rushed, overwhelmed or like I was a bother. They keep me informed at every stage, and have guided me step-by-step through this process, which has made a world of difference to my confidence and peace of mind.

I would definitely recommend Censeo. From start to finish everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly. Molly from Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly and helped us get our appointment sorted. Dwayne our mortgage adviser was amazing working hard to get us the best deal for our mortgage and took the time to answer any questions we had. He always responded promptly. Once we put in the application we were handed over to Mercedes who again upheld great responses and guided us through the rest of the process. Overall, great experience working with Censeo.
