Certainty Wealth is a fantastic company. When Mitch first contacted us, I felt a bit apprehensive as this was our first time buying a property investment. However, Mitch guided us through till the day of settlement, which was yesterday, 1/2/2024. Buying a property without seeing it in person is so weird, but with technology nowadays, it made it happen. Thanks to this team everything went smoothly. It was quite a journey, but Mitchell McCabe directed us in the right direction. He arranged everything from start to finish.

Connor at Certainty Property has been our property manager for our 3 bedroom home at Pallara for over 9 months now. He is incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The whole process has been simple and effortless, from finding good tenants, organising thorough inspections, and liaising with the builder, he has managed everything. I cannot fault him at all.
There was once instant that is noteworthy, where Connor went out of his way to meet a tradesperson at the property that had misplaced their key. The tradesperson called me asking if I was able to give access to the home, however I was working away at the time. I contacted Connor and he went out of his way to meet at my property. It really was an inconvenience as he was at another property 30 minutes away.
I was really grateful for his kindness and for me this instance really spoke to his character and professionalism.

I would highly recommend certainty property. Such a simple and great experience while leasing our property. Also would like to thank Maryanne for taking us under her wing and walking us through everything step by step, amazing team!

We signed up with them after the previous property management company went into administration. Certainty had competitive fees, but we were deeply disappointed if not disheartened. During the handover period, I have asked them to follow up regarding the pet request from the tenant. I asked repeatedly about asking the tenants to sign a pet clause but Certainty never gave me a straight answer and just ignored my request. I tried following up a couple months after and still no luck. Each time they would reply saying they have followed up with the tenant, but I never had any clue whether the tenants did actually adopt any pet at all.
In one routine inspection, they failed to inspect one room downstairs, which I asked for an update after receiving the report, and again, absolute silence.
We then decided to move on and found a new property manager. Only then, we found out the tenant has had arrears in payments. We were not informed about the situation at all. Dissatisfied with the service, we went and left a Google review, only to be sent an email from them saying they want to serve us a Concern’s Notice, and that they will be seeking damages for Injurious Falsehood in the Magistrate’s Court, unless we took the review down. My husband did remove the review but I’m posting the whole truth again here.

Amazing team and service, could not be more happier with the results as a first time landlord. Maryanne has offered great service throughout.
