While the staff was great and follow up…
While the staff was great and follow up was also great. I made my purchase in the online store and it was only due to a presumption of the item being in stock and available for same day pick up. This was not the case and as a result I had to make a special trip to get the order when it was available for pick up weeks later. I suggest a disclaimer on the store to advise inventory is not available in real time. My error I guess. Again, staff was great and high marks for Customer service overall.

Quick and easy
One of the knobs on my napoleon BBQ broke and after being on hold with napoleon for hours, I gave up and started looking online. I came across Chadwicks and found the original napoleon knob for much less than I was expecting. I ordered the part and it was delivered very quickly.

Not my first choice color but still..
Brian was very helpful. I didn't get the color I wanted but if I were more patient I could have. In any case Im still happy with my purchase and when my son moves out next year he plans to reach out to Brian also. Good people and a good company to deal with.

Delivered exactly as ordered. Not as quickly as 'you know who' but I had been using my pot without handle covers for years, so was excited to receive them at all. Easy to attach and it's like owning a new pot.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent, product not so much....Arrived early, kept me updated on the delivery. I wanted a stainless steel carafe because the glass ones kept breaking this was the best deal I could find, however the carafe does not pour cleanly when full or moving slowly. Suggest testing a few of these and maybe sending the manufacturer a note.

Online ordering
When I ordered online, it didn't give me the option to pick the item up. I went to the store, the refunded me the shipping and I was able to bring the item home. They were extremely helpful!

Great price + Exceptional Service
They were excellent from start to finish. Price of my Big Green Egg was $300 cheaper than anywhere else, free delivery and exceptional customer service. I had made a mistake in the size of the cover I had ordered. Their staff called me the morning of my delivery and told me I had made a mistake but that they had substituted the correct size on the truck for my delivery at no extra cost. Would buy all my bbq needs from them if I could!
