After struggling with three credit card debts during the pandemic and unable to work, I found Chapter Two via Facebook. I had a goal of being completely debt free in a year. I took a leap of faith and after organizing everything I was given a personal manager of my account. Mim Zareen was very helpful and together we worked on clearing my debts. This whole process took less than a year (the credit card companies were being very difficult). So the starting debts were $17,587 and Chapter Two negotiated a complete waiver of all three credit card debt from two different companies. So even after the Chapter Two fees I have saved $12,000 and I'm completely debt free in less than a year! Plus I have no Part IX Debt Agreements, and Bankruptcy filed against my name. There are a lot of other Debt relief companies out there but they mainly use Part IX Debt Agreements. My advice is check out Chapter Two's website first to compare other companies. A special thankyou to Mim for getting though to Latitude Finance and pushing hard for me after Latitudes Data breach in 2023 when they weren't answering calls etc. Its very rare that a company like them completely wipes out credit card debts. You deserve a big bonus Mim!!

When I engaged Chapter two I was considering more drastic insolvency measures but the team was very compassionate and forthcoming with their advice and promised that they would be able to achieve good results without needing to do so. They took on the big responsibility of dealing with multiple creditors and after a pro-longed effort was able to help me achieve some great outcomes and get me to a point of being debt free with thousands of dollars of overall savings. It is an extremely difficult job to engage with multiple agencies but they eventually got over the line. They are experienced negotiators, understand the laws well and work with you within your constraints. Special shout out to Thomas for the work he did when taking over my case after the previous staff member left. Highly recommend for a stress free and effective resolution, notwithstanding it can take some time due to difficulties with creditors.

I heard about chapter two on TV, they were the inly company willing to help me and they have done an amazing job, with tough economic times I highly recommended chapter two to anyone that needs debt consolidation and a negotiating partner to work with finances companies to negotiate your debt down, arrange simple repayments with minimal effect to your credit rating

Following my interaction with Chapter Two, I made a complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

AFCA found that Chapter Two did not fulfil its obligations under the service agreement or its legal obligations and that it pay me compensation for the stress and inconvenience its actions caused.

The determination was made on 7 August 2023 however, to date, Chapter Two have failed to pay the compensation awarded.

They were so helpful in getting me out of a difficult situation with my bank after suffering a major neck injury and recovering from surgery and not being able to work again when my bank refused to help I turned to chapter 2 who were the only ones to take me on as I don’t have a job anymore but receiving disability payments even after the bank was still charging me interest they stepped in and resolved my problem and came up with a solution for me and got a great outcome can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them

The staff did a great job in negotiating with the back a debt I needed to quit. If you have a debt problem, then you need to give them a call. It's taken a lot of weight off my shoulders. Remember, everything is negotiable.
