The item handle was not fitted on one side and there was a dint in the lid, where was quality control, very disappointed with product won’t be using again.

Very poor quality product. Wooden deck chair that the wood snapped in two pieces on first use (by a far from heavy person). Charles Bentley offered a replacement (no thanks) and eventually a full refund.

A+ product. Maybe a little over priced. But I’m happy 😃

Brilliant little bin

The shed was delivered in a timely manner. The only issues are the poor qaulity assembly instructions not being truly informative and leaving a lot to guess work. Also no mention of missing plywood base in description left a bit of a sour taste.

The product is well-made. time will tell however.

One note: the handle of the small shovel is quite short and angled steeply. If your grate sits low, reaching the back can be difficult because the handle hits the front before going deep enough. A longer, less angled handle would improve usability.

10 ton hydraulic log splitter just arrived from Charles Bentley. Very well wrapped for this heavy piece of kit and in mint condition.
Nothing to set up apart from inserting the operating handles which just slide in, no bolts, no faff no awkward nuts to tighten.
Quite honestly this piece of kit is OUTSTANDING! Copes amazingly with even the most seasoned and dense wood, logs that would bounce an axe head back at you. Immensely impressive service from CB,very highly recommend this company and this perfect piece of kit.

This is the 2nd 2 seater Swing Chair cover we have bought from Bentleys - still good value after 4 years from our previous purchase.

Great product. Very swift delivery. In fact rather too swift - my only criticism as I would like to have known when it was going to be delivered and been able to track it rather than just getting an “out for delivery” email. I had sent an email to the customer services asking to delay delivery but it was ignored and I got no response.
