Bought the new kebab grill and it is amazing. The build quality is second to none and clearly alot of thought has gone into the design! I've used it every day since it arrived with amazing results. Can not recommend this company and it's products highly enough. They're not cheap, but the quality means they're great value

Exceptional customer service (I had a minor query about the oven door and I had back and forth answers straight away on a Sunday that answered my query straight away). The oven is beautiful and so easy to use. I have a big green egg and whilst I love it, the Charlie is so much easier as you have direct access to the fuel (for easy refill if needed) and you can light it and close the door straight away and that’s it, no waiting for ten mins and closing it. Highly recommend. The results are wonderful. Great for smoking.

I didn’t rush into buying my Charlie and had a LOT of questions that Tara responded to promptly and knowledgeably. Delivery was fantastic with superb help at my end as it’s a heavy item.
I’m still finding my way around it but could not be more pleased with the build quality and the food I’m producing is off the chart with flavour. Check out all the videos online for info and recipes.
Obviously it’s a big purchase but if you are hesitating taking the plunge then I would urge you to go for it. Take your outdoor cooking life to the absolute next level and fully expecting to give my indoor cooker a rest for every dry day we get.

From start to finish Tara and the team were on top of the entire journey. Giving meaningful updates throughout the entire experience. The arrival of my Charlie definitely has influenced the cooking, often meaning that all of my guest have different jobs to do, making more of an event for dinner meets!

We had such a fun time, and learnt lots of tips from Andrew. Owning a Charlie is to be a member of a special community of outdoor cooks, sharing recipes and ideas and meeting up. Long may it continue. Thank you Tara and Neil. You are amazing!

Fantastic weekend at Tresillion House in Newquay Cornwall. Very well organised hands on event with guest chef Andrew Clark showing us new cooking techniques and food combinations with some amazing top quality ingredients. Thank you Charlie Ovens for organising this event, I would go back tomorrow and highly recommend this to anyone else looking to improve there outdoor cooking skills. Lots of fun and laughter was had by all in a fantastic location. Thank you again regards Chris

This oven is awesome. Far better than the one I have in my kitchen. Very versatile, holds its temperature for a long time, has a great capacity and looks brilliant (I have the orange one).
Most definitely cooking my Christmas turkey in the Charlie this year.

We may struggle with the Irish weather & outdoor cooking may be somewhat of a challenge but no more…. meet my new best friend Charlie, Charlie is the newest member of our outdoor kitchen and has left our green egg & pizza oven in the dust.
Temperature control is pure class, steaks, pizza, full Irish breakfast, there’s literally nothing Charlie cant do. I haven’t used my indoor ovens since his arrival.

Went to the masterclass with Matt Burgess, had an excellent day from start to finish. Picked up lots of tips and have implemented them to great success at home. Tara is a fabulous host and the Charlie Oven is a really worthwhile purchase!

What an amazing oven, we are having the very best time cooking with big family gatherings. Everybody is impressed and the food is another level. It's easy to use, you cook large quantities of food at once, and so many options. We have cooked joints, veg, fish, cakes you name it we have cracked it.

It's taken a while to put this review up - but I wanted to get over the initial excitement of owning one to really see how I got on with cooking with it before writing a review.

After 3 months I'm still so VERY HAPPY with my Charlie Oven! Since I first discovered it searching for an orange 'BBQ' I knew I would end up with one - Since it's turned up I haven't been disappointed! Customer Service from Tara and Neil is absolutely outstanding, plus the look of the oven and the impression it makes is second to none... and then there's the cooking!

I bought into the Charlie Oven experience as more of a lifestyle change rather than just buying an outdoor cooking product. I wanted something that got me thinking more about food, prep and the ingredients/products that were going into dishes I was cooking. I basically bought into more of a social food experience lifestyle - and it's turned out to be that and more. ABSOLUTELY worth the investment in my eyes.

Steaks and meat joints have been wowing friends and family; I've prepped for a gorgeous lamb & veg curry; Pizzas were so tasty (batch of 25 for a party of teenagers went down well!); Beer-can chicken was falling off the bone; Full Breakfast - Amazing start to the day!; Fish, tiger prawns and veg all turn out with a bit of a wow factor... and there's still more recipes and foods to try - Bread and smoking next on the endless list!

The size of it too, makes it easy to cater for a few dishes, considering we live in a mixed vegetarian, Pescatarian and meat eating household - that comes in very handy!

..and if you get fully involved, the masterclass at Neil and Tara's was a GREAT experience.

The love and care they've put into this product (and aftersales!), in both how it functions AND how it looks is a case study in craftsmanship, brand and integrity. Thank you both!

If you are interested in purchasing an oven like this then Charlie Oven is 100% the way to go. You aren't just purchasing a product you are becoming part of the Charlie family with events like this that really showcase the ovens amazing range and ability.
I'd book again just for the nuggets of cooking tips and knowledge. I want all my meals cooked in a Charlie Oven
