Tara and Neil are excellent
Tara and Neil are excellent - efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. The Charlie Oven has taken over all of my oven requirements - my electric oven is now an expensive cupboard! Haven't used it for over a year since I had my Charlie delivered.

Easy to use, efficient, cooks really tasty food.
Over past year my husband uses it almost every week... heavy rain the only real deterrent.

My Charlie Oven is excellent. A big step on from the Green Egg I’d had for years. More usable space… steak, jacket potatoes, chilli, long slow cooked brisket, pulled pork/beef, prawns, Christmas dinner, best roast potatoes…all easy. Different cooking heights with the shelves and the plancha is great for cooking a breakfast. Really solid, easy to clean and looks great. Tara and Neil have been really helpful and great communication

The product is very good
The product is very good, and once you get used to it, cooks very well and cooks a wide variety of different types, from slow cook to flash fry and all in between.
we are living in a static caravan whilst our home is built, Charlie increases our cooking capacity and variety considerably

Cooking Game Changer
We bought our Charlie a few years ago now… it is by far other than our house…one of the best purchases we have ever made. We use it most weekends and all year round. We’ve cooked Christmas dinner in it! Breakfast in it! Pizzas! Our slow cooked lamb is divine in it! It’s a big wallet denting purchase but worth every single penny… and you get Neil & Tara thrown in which is a bonus! Always there to help… can’t recommend Charlie enough. 👍👍👍
