Great customer service & returns
Bought a lovely dress from them. The dress was clearly well made with good quality, just didn't suit what I was looking for.
However their customer service was very responsive and quickly expedited the returns process!

I really like the unique idea of having all of the something old, something new etc all in one shoe.
I ordered pre-loved Mia heels with markings on the sole, I didn't really mind it. Shoe still feels well-made, and sturdy and comfortable.
I was just a little bit disappointed I didn't get my something borrowed with it as it didn't come with the envelope with the return address but not a big deal at all. x

Sent wrong sleeves I waited quite a…
Sent the wrong sleeves completely different style and material I waited quite a while for them as well!
Can’t get through to customer service at all just go around and around in an automated loop then it cuts off.
Not good enough to be honest I am really disappointed and frustrated with this company!
Also there is apparently a £5.99 charge to return something I mean this is insane 😂😂😂
I am literally sick of crap customer service and people’s error with parcel and they won’t and do not want to take accountability for their error

Sent wrong dress, poor customer service!
Ordered a dress from Charlotte Mills for my Hen Do as they looked amazing. Unfortunately, they sent completely the wrong style of dress. I didn't have the time to exchange the dress for the one I wanted so returned it. I understand having to pay a fee for postage/packaging but having to wait 10 days for a refund, especially after an error from the company is extremely frustrating. Still awaiting for my money to be returned and received no apology or recognition from the company for them messing up my order.

Our returns and refund process is automated, and once we process the return on our end, the speed of the refund reaching your account is largely dependent on your bank’s processing times. Beautiful shoes but poor customer service
Beautiful shoes but poor customer service. We ordered my wedding shoes in February when they were showing as in stock. After a week with no contact, we got in touch for an update and were told that the shoes weren’t actually in stock so we would have to wait for them to be made in Spain, and we were given a delivery date of early April.
As that date passed with no contact, we got in touch again to be told there had been a delay and we were given another date 1 week later. That date passed, so we got in touch AGAIN and were given yet another date 1 week later. The shoes then finally were shipped and delivered.
Throughout the whole process, we were NEVER contacted first by the company to inform us of a delay and we had to chase them.
When we tried to complain we were told there were only 4 members of staff in the company so a complaint wouldn’t make a difference.
If the company reached out to us and apologised when they knew the shoes wouldn’t be reaching us on time, we would have been completely understanding but this never happened.
The shoes are beautiful (albeit a little too wide for my feet but I have solved this with an insole) but purely on the poor customer service, I wouldn’t recommend Charlotte Mills to future brides.

As a small, independent business, we pride ourselves on offering a personal and thoughtful service, and it’s always difficult to hear when we haven’t quite got things right.
In this case, the delay you experienced was due to unforeseen production and transport issues that were unfortunately outside of our control. The team tirelessly chased the order with DHL, multiple times a day, for updates, and unfortunately we weren't updated by the shipping company. Meaning that we didn't have any information to update our brides. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been, and we’re genuinely sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please know that your feedback has been taken on board and will be used to help us improve moving forward. We really appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

As it was no longer being sold online, I contacted Charlotte Mills customer service and received a response instantly! Siobhan has been so helpful from start to finish, including helping me exchange the original dress for a different size! The dress itself is absolutely stunning too! Can’t recommend Charlotte Mills enough!

Absolutely stunning. I saw the Natalia shoes on Google and fell in love with them straight away but was unsure due to the price. My fiancé bought them for me and I am so pleased he did. The package received is such a lovely experience. Beautiful packaging materials and so many nice little touches. As for the shoes, you really get what you pay for. Such beautiful shoes. Would highly recommend to any future brides.

Great shop
Firstly, very good products, very sustainable practices, and great choice. I got my wedding shoes with them!
Secondly, SO helpful. Initially I'd made a mistake and added a (quite expensive) extra item to my order, and they kindly removed it and refunded me. When I needed to exchange the shoes, they didn't charge me to send the others back, and though their system didn't automatically refund me the difference, they made sure I got it. I had to talk to customer service a few times to unpick all this - almost all of which were my mistakes, not theirs - and they responded quickly and helpfully every time, I never had to chase them. Really a great place to make investment in these items and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Amazing customer service
I did two orders with CM - 2 sizes of 1 style initially, then further 2 different styles in same size. All dresses were a nice quality, not really see through, and had a lovely twinkle. They also came in environmentally friendly packaging, which I loved! Sadly, I returned all dresses as the styles weren't quite what I was looking for - but I have no doubt they'll be perfect for many other brides! The only thing I would say is that it would be nicer if the fitted dresses had slightly more boning/structure.
The best thing about this company though was the super prompt and helpful customer service. I made a mistake by asking for my initial refund in the form of a gift voucher (I knew I was going to order again). So, when I returned both dresses from the second order, the refund went back onto the voucher. I emailed to ask if they could pay the refund to my bank account instead. I fully expected this not to be granted as it was my fault entirely. But, to my surprise, Siobhan responded in one working day to tell me the refund had already been processed to my bank account!!
Super happy and will definitely recommend CM to my other friends getting married!

Wonderful experience and easy exchange
I had a great experience with Charlotte Mills! I bought the Jazzy Pearl in a UK size 6 (I am normally a US size 7.5). I wore my shoes for my dress fitting and realized they were too big in the back and too tight in the front. I contacted the CM team by email for an exchange as it was right after the standard exchange window and the lovely customer service rep Siobhan was very accommodating; she immediately helped me exchange my shoes for a perfect fit (UK size 5 in wide fit). Exchange was quick and done within a week to the US.
Overall, I am extremely pleased! I love the little details in the shoes and the wonderful service; thank you so much!

In my case the size of the show ran big. I usually wear a size 5.5 or 6UK, however, the size 6 was too big in this case which was a first experiecce for me
My overall experience was good. Selecting the shoe I wanted was easy, and delivery came as expected. The material of the shoe is of good quality, and all the little tat bits of something blue, old, new &borrowed made the whole experience very cute and excited me. However, I am giving a 3-star rating due to the fitting of the shoe only as the size ran big. Otherwise, it's a perfectly great shoe to get married in.
