Outstanding Customer Service
Update:
The location Manager reached out to me. She very understanding, accommodating, and offered options to ensure I was happy with the outcome. I so appreciated this. Although I needed to take more time (another 3.5 hours), the color correction was complementary.
I made a new appointment with a different stylist, Lobna, who I absolutely recommend and adored. She was professional, meticulous, and was able to not only correct the initial issue, but created colors that blended together to create a natural, dimensional, and beautiful look. She did another cut that created movement and texture. I think I found my new stylist!!
Due to the professionalism of both Brianna (Manager) and Lobna (stylist), I have changed my rating (initially 2 ⭐️⭐️) and recommendation.
Initial:
I had an appointment Friday (Nov.29). I have given it a couple days to try and get used to it, but the highlights we did are not at all what I was wanting. My stylist was friendly, but seemed like she was in a rush to do the highlighting and then off to do her own thing while I waited for the “lifting”. I’m just so unhappy with the results. And for almost $300 and 3 hours of my time, I do not want to have to take the time again or to pay to have someone else redo it.
