Star is amazing!!!! She has been doing my hair for over 5 years now and never gets it wrong and even if she sees any discrepancies in her work (which is so rare) she fixes it no extra charge. She is so talented and always gives the best advice, always keeping what the customer wants in mind! She will always be honest about what can be achieved but also optimistic and won’t shut out your ideas even if they are bold! All in all, she is very skilled, thoughtful, reasonable, and a great person to talk to during your entire appointment!

Star did an amazing job in resurrecting my one dead hair without any hesitation. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but very helpful with how to maintain my red hair.
Definitely recommend her for any colour transformation.

Kendra was fantastic!
Kendra was fantastic! My daughter is Autistic and change for her is difficult. She is also very sensitive on her head. Getting her hair cut has never been easy, so I’ve been having to give her hair cuts. For her first experience at a hair salon, Kendra was so pleasant and made my daughter very comfortable and relaxed. My daughter loves her new hair cut. I was not aware that a salon was on the premises until I made some purchases there. I booked with Ciara and was warmly greeted. She discussed what I was looking for and was extremely happy with the cut she gave me. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her.

I am so disappointed this time
I am so disappointed this time in my service. My hair stylist smelled of alcohol like she had a few right before i came in. She did not wrap the perm rods properly or tightly to the point where a few felt like they were falling out. I was looking for a specialty perm with lots of different curls but my hair has more wave than actual curl now. As well she put me under a dryer in between the perm solution and the second solution which everyone knows you don’t put blowing air on a perm as you create frizz. She also had no clue how to actually use a diffuser.

Amazing staff, welcoming and friendly!
Star is an amazing hair stylist and is super kind and genuine. She is honest and provides products at varying price points and always demonstrates amazing professionalism. The front desk staff are always kind and welcoming and never make a person coming into the salon feel judged (many other salons have staff that appear super judgemental and are highly unprofessional). Great atmosphere here at Chatters!

Everything was wonderful except I…
Everything was wonderful except I waited about 15 minutes past my appointment time before I got in. Chito took his time and I had the most amazing head massage that I have ever had in my life. I think it actually took longer than the cut itself. My hair looks fantastic and I think it’s the best cut I’ve had in years! Chito was friendly and helpful and it seemed like he really enjoyed what he was doing.

2 things
She asked that she have her bangs cut one inch under her eye brows....not 1 inch above.
She is colored blond but now she is now a brunette .. she wants all over blonde. She love blonde, blonde, and more blonde. But she came out a brunette and in tears.
As she is a senior with little income and she looks forwards to feeling beautiful.
