I’ve been using this service for almost a year now and I’ve never looked back. In comparison to other companies offering similar service the sound quality of the call is really good and the calls never cut out. It really saves loads in credit for the prisoner too, we now get 40
minutes for the price of 10

Honestly couldn’t ask for better customer service! With me being so busy with bills, parenting, house work ect, I totally forgot about my due payment!
