Cheapest Liquor Reviews 

I was after a particular wine, Cheapest Liquor was the cheapest (no suprise there), and had it listed in stock! Unfortunately I succumbed to the usual problem, a week delay without any dispatch notification, I had to proactively chase them (twice) to be told it was on back order and that if they dont receive it in a week they would refund the order. Of course they didnt proactively reach out to me after a week to let me know so I had to continually chase. I was eventually told I would get a refund in 5-8 business days. 10 business days later I chased again and voilà the refund appeared. To save a few bucks I wouldnt buy online from this mob.

The prices appeared slightly lower than other places, and the delivery was identified as 2-3 days so I purchased around $150 worth of drinks for a birthday party. Unfortunately the products did not arrive within the timeframe. A week or so later I received an email from the company offering to send a refund which I accepted.

Just a terrible experience - worst online ever! Order not sent after 2 weeks plus - no contact at all - I had to e - told had run out and expected to fill soon. - decided to give benefit of the doubt - WRONG! No contact once again - and no delivery so request a refund - nearly 5 weeks later no deliver NO REFUND - NO customer service

Update: This company is attempting to actively suppress genuine reviews by reporting them to trustpilot. As such I have amended my rating to a 1.

Not a scam (edit: ARE SCAMMING), just very bad at logistics. Had an issue with my order, received half of my order with no communications on why until i emailed asking why. I had to threaten ACCC/Vic comsumer affairs to get my order. They are cheap but its probably not worth the hasstle of chasing up orders. I think this is a drop shopping company. I eventually did get my order but had to continuously threaten them, however one bottle didn't arrive becauseapparently it was broken and they claimed it would be refunded but it hasn't. Leaving this honest review because i don't want others to experience what I did.

Nothing but a scam

Definite scam. No contact. No product delivered. Telltale signs no contact number. All the positive reviews are fictional. Beware

I am not sure if the company is 100% legit, it has no phone number or address on the website.
I placed my order 6 days ago and it was supposed to be next day delivery and I still haven't received it. Tried the online chat but didn't give me the info I need.
I would say it's a scam.
Should have read all the previous reviews before j placed the order!
I might have to call my bank to cancel the transaction.

Do your research. And read all the other one star reviews! I’m convinced this business is just one dude and a computer. They have a recorded message on their contact number to make it seem like “all our customer service people are busy”. No delivery 20 days after ordering (despite promising 1-2 day delivery) and then refused to answer any emails, despite numerous attempts to get in touch with them. I pursued it through my credit card company and luckily got a refund, but buyer beware!!!

First of all, I would say that given the pricing, one wouldn't expect super fast delivery. I live in Metro NSW and so I was doubtful of the 1-3 days delivery. There was some confusion with my order, which was cleared up as soon as I reached out to the customer support team via both email and Facebook messenger. The timing and delivery was expected. My recommendation is regular checking and following up. I think I would order from them again. Thanks.

Very disappointed experience.
The website mentioned delivery in Melbourne metro within 1-2 days, however, after a week still no nothings to deliver.

Had communications in the background for a couple times, but they keep pushing back the delivery date. After that, when asking for refund, they stop responding. Very terrible experience to shop with this online reseller.

The promise of 2-day delivery to metro Sydney & Melbourne is a lie. 3 business days in and my order hasn't even been packed yet.

I found this company provides excellent customer service and communication. It’s locally run and reliable. I’d utilise them in the future for veuve and other quality champagnes deliveries.

Their customer service is great. They reply super quick. One time I placed an order and I put in the wrong address. I sent an email but I was scared it was gonna get sent out to the wrong address by the time they reply. Well I got a response not even after 5 minutes later, confirming that they have fixed the address for me. Honestly I am so happy and order got delivered to me 2 days later.Thought I would share my experience as it made really comfortable ordering from this company👍👍

I read on their website that this is a family owned business and their prices were really good compared to all the other big companies so I decided to try them out and they did not disappoint. Great customer service along with speedy delivery. I’ve placed a couple orders so far and have had no issues with them and my deliveries usually come within 2 days. Very happy and will continue to use their service

Couldn’t ask for any better service, bought a present on Anzac Day and it came the next day couldn’t be happier, customer service whom was provided by Paris was amazing. Good Job guys 👍

After spending $132 on what was meant to be a gift for a party in a weeks time, no word at all from them. No delivery details, no tracking number, no communication. They promise speedy delivery which was a draw card- this is blatantly false. I have emailed to request an update, no reply yet. I will request a refund if they cannot deliver asap. Don't waste your time and money with this company. I'm frankly dubious that a refund will be easy given the already multiple falsehoods they advertise. Wasted my time and ruined plans for a fab present.

Will happily update this review if there is a good outcome.
