I experienced the same problem as many others have reported. They charged me for a promotional fare, then later said no ticket was available and required additional payment. The total cost ended up being higher than booking directly with the airline, and they refused to refund the original amount I had already paid. This feels extremely dishonest.

Don’t try them and don’t buy any tickets from them
They are all Indian scammers and trying to tell people the ticket you booked isn’t no longer available so you are on waiting list
I asked them why don’t you just cancel it and don’t take money from my card they said it’s not possible as you are on waiting list till ticket will be availablé,I have never seen or hear something like that I hang off and call my back to block them from taking money they hold for them

i had a very disappointing experience with this company. I booked flight tickets and paid AUD 1851. The money was taken from my card immediately but I never received the tickets. I only received an email saying that the booking was processing. Later I was informed that the flight was no longer available, Then they asked me to pay more money or offered different flights on other dates.More than 48 hours passed without confirmed ticket even though the full payment had already been taken from my card. Because of this I had to contact my bank and open a dispute to protect my money and request a full refund. I will update this review once I receive the refund.

The PROMOTIONAL FARE does not exist, it’s typically a bait and switch, they put a hold on your credit card and then what I call extortion, point out it’s a promotional fare and has all been booked out, then strong arm to upgrade your booking, it took numerous calls for me to get them to release the hold on my funds, I flatly refused to upgrade, I finally got written confirmation that if the airline does not provide a ticket up to 48 hrs of the flight scheduled to take of they would refund, I then proved and challenged them that the offer never existed with the airline, that prompted them the refund, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM!!! They will contact you to request additional payments for baggage, seat selection, or expired promotional fares, and may offer a refund only after several phone calls. However, by this point, they will have obtained your personal information.
