Peace of mind I've been looking for
This agent has given me the peace of mind I've been looking for.
They pass on my rent almost immediately and have looked after the relationship with the tenant, so I haven't had to worry. The tenant had a problem with the toilet and they sent me a few quotes with reviews to choose from then I decided who I was happy with to fix the problem, and it all happened within 48 hours, so I know my tenant is also getting a good service.
And all of that for only 3% annual fees!!!
