Simple straightforward
I wasn't sure if this was a legitimate site but I can honestly say that what they said they would do on my behalf they did and not only that they had the money in my account in just a couple of weeks.OUTSTANDING!!
I will be using this company every year going forward well done ladies and gentlemen.

Begging for 5-star review
Never had any issues with them as a company until they rang me up one day telling me that I could win a prize if I put a 5-star review on trustpilot. It left a bad taste of desperation in my mouth. I will not renew next year’s application with this crowd.

Fraud...fraud....fraudGuys keep away from those people, don't give them your personal details they will use against you. They can upload theyr bank details in your revenue record, so all your tax back will be collected by them . People who give them 5 starts are troll. Stay safe away from fraud

Scam
I refused their services according to their contract for 14 days, they wrote that since I refused within this period, everything was fine. A month later I receive a message that I am a new client and they will return the tax on my behalf. These are scammers. They lure and then use the information!

Horrendous
Horrendous. Has to be a scam. I received about 20 emails a day from them looking for my details. They call and text multiple times a day too. I phoned and asked them to delete my info which led to even more emails and texts. They applied my signature to documents that I hadn’t even signed.
Avoid at all costs. Also they apparently take a 27% cut of your tax rebate

Claim was faster than expected.
I've dealt with other Tax back companies for years and they would do little to nothing about some of my claims. I applied at My Tax Refund and within days they said I was entitled for some tax back. Within a week I was giving the amount (more than what I was expecting) into my account. I was more than please with their service.

Scammers!
I didn’t complete the forms and they texted me numerous times to go back and complete them. I ignored them and a few days later they sent me an email saying “thank you for completing the forms” and my signature was on a good few pages I NEVER seen before or read.
And automatically became my tax agents on revenue when I did not allow this AT ALL.
WHO THE HELL DOES THIS?
I emailed them asking who completed the forms on behalf of me cause for sure I didn’t and was ignored!
These scammers have been reported to higher authorities with all evidence.
