SCAM
SCAM! I don’t know how these people put themselves in a position to do a tax return on my behalf but they did. I never gave any of my details to them. Anyway, I got a letter in the post saying that I was owed money back (minus a hefty fee they helped themselves to) and that I would be sent a cheque within 28 working days. 2 months later and no cheque ever appeared. Sent several unanswered e-mails. Called their 1800 number and I was told some yarn about how the cheque must have gone missing and they can try cancel it but can’t assure me when or even if I’ll get my money.
100% complete scam and dangerous.
