They are very slow to answer support, rejecting business without a good reason, unreasonable and it's better you find a better payments processor.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional, delaying payments, hold money without a reason. Their terms say nothing about checkout.com being able to hold large amounts of money.

Dodgy

I was about to pay for an item but as the site did not exhibit any of the normal safety features I decided to investigate. Nothing gave confidence that it was a secure process so I aborted my purchase.

Exceptional!

Checkout.com have been exceptional from start to finish. It has taken less than a week from start-up to being up and running. Customer service has also been excellent. They answered every question in a quick timely manner and explained well.
Could not have asked for a better service!

Here’s why Checkout.com gets 5 stars for me: The tech support and dedicated customer onboarding team provide outstanding response times, with clear communications by email, slack or telephone - you will have direct access to an onboarding & account manager to answer all your questions and to help you progress. From your devs point of view, documentation is exactly as it should be, clear, well organised and easy to implement. Every type of integration such as recurring transactions, like-for-like currency settlement & setup, apple pay & other wallets - it's all nice, straight forward making super fast go live times a reality. Add in the detailed "soft decline" responses to consumers and it's likely you will see an uptick in conversion. Having had years of experience with different providers - CKO wins because the technology works and the team provide fantastic customer service. Recommended!

Horrible payment system

Horrible payment system! it was said that there is an "something" error in the notification payment but the money is debited from my account, the customer service I get general explanations "something has gone wrong" they do not deliver the money on time to the recipient !!! It is not recommended to use their services

Excellent costumer service

Excellent costumer service during the onboarding. Akil might be the most responsive person I've ever been in contact with. He deserves 6 stars! Someone should make him train others - would improve the reputation of checkout.com.

Efficient & Effective - All Round Great Service

We have recently moved to Checkout.com for our group payment gateway solution. After using out of the box gateways we were looking for a personal account management solution.

I've been super impressed with the service so far, Karan has lead us every step of the way and has ensured that the compliance team were quick to respond across a complex range of issues our group face. As an Accountant myself its quite a comfort that the compliance team request and review so many documents, it means that they take the time to truely KYB/KYC!

After go live Lovena in the customer sucess team has been vey quick to respond and assist with my questions on reporting and the Hub.

We're now moving the rest of our group over as we speak - would thoroughly recommend.

Awful payment system

Awful payment system. Used to pay gulfvisa and said error message but deducted money from my account. Should have stooped after first attempt when it was buffering but tried again. Hooefully they'll deliver money to recipient.

Delays payments

Delays payments, especially when payments are refused this company takes 5 days or more to rebook to customers. This leads to all sorts of issues with customers

Worst & Unprofessional sales Manager named Diego.

Worst and Rude Sales Manager named Diego. I did apply for an account, in reply Diego replied and it was totally unprofessional. I did complain to the main office regarding this issue but the same guy handled the issue which ended up with the worst experience.

We are a startup company in Dubai and has been successful as a marketing partner a US-based company where we generated almost 1.5M USD in the first year. Recently started Ecom store thus we needed payment gateway service.

We do know what is the best customer service means but the way Diego talked can not be professional at all.

It is very disappointing that they didn't even care about the complaint I did raise. I clearly noted and asked to check all email conversations I had with Diego but I don't think anyone checked.

We are using 2checkout.com happily where we have the number two times more than you even required. we could be your client but Diego type unprofessional, arrogant and rude sales agent doesn't know how to treat and get a possible client. I would never want to use checkout.com even there are no charges.

Note: If you do have minimum numbers required why don't you mention on your website? It wouldn't cost that much money to add//edit any section within your website. First of all, you should never forget that you did have a start indeed and secondly you should care when you have received any complaint.

Best PSP

Our company has extremely high requirements for PSP. Guys from CKO are great professionals and extremely customer-oriented. They helped us at all stages of integration.
And now all issues are being resolved very quickly.
I can easily recommend them as the best in their field

We are working with Checkout.com since start of 2018.
I would rate them 5 stars for the service delivery and the commercials. A truly all in one platform for e-commerce payment solutions. Impressive teamwork for customer success. I would highly recommend them.

Great Ongoing Service and Advice

We started working with Checkout.com 3 months ago and I have to say they are a very professional partner.

Our approval rates have significantly increased and they have a lot of transparency in their fees which are very competitive in the market. Mayara, our account manager, is always there for us not only for questions but also constantly provides ongoing advice on our metrics.

I am very happy with the service received so far. Checkout.com is not only a payment provider but a partner supporting the growth of your company.
