Total waste of time...

Total waste of time...

- tried to call the Singaporean office, the number doesn't exist (very sketchy!)
- tried to call the Berlin office, the lady was completely unable or unwilling to help me
- called the London office and after wasting 10 minutes on the phone with the sales person there, I found out that they only accept clients with a monthly sales volume above 100,000 USD.

If you're already being unfriendly to small start-ups, at least don't waste our time. When we grow beyond 100,000 I will ensure we don't end up with Checkout.

Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company.
I've applied 2 years ago and was told that their minimum is $5K/month and minimum 3 months processing history. My site was new so I decided to continue and apply again when I can cover their requirements.
5 months later I've contacted them because I already processed $5k/months and above. Then they told me "Our requirement is $10k/month".
I was frustrated, but decided to continue using only Paypal until I reach $10k and contact them again.

3 days ago I decided to contact them because I already process around $20k/month and my site is with almost 2 years history and good reputation.
This time they replied "Our requirement is $25k/month".

In the mean time their website clearly states:
No minimums and no contract required. Pricing is based on your transaction volume and history.

I think this is unprofessional. I'm glad they didn't accepted me because who knows, if they change their mind that often what will happen If they hold my money? You should really ask yourself before applying, do you really can trust them ?

Personally will not apply again, even WHEN i start making $500 000k/month

Great payment processing solution

Great payment processing solution. A very competitive pricing and a high secure system against fraud. A special mention to the customer service who helps you from the bottom to the top and solves issues really fast.

Forward thinking acquirer/payment solution

Forward thinking acquirer/payment solution who work hard to understand their customer's needs and support requirements. Their relative youth in this industry provides far more benefits than drawbacks in terms of ability to bring on new products and integration support.

As they own the entire tech stack/chain they always developing new features, for example the reconciliation api which I haven't seen elsewhere in the market. Approachable and responsive dedicated support staff is a refreshing change in this space. Useful having a worldwide presence.

Con Artists. Avoid.

Signed up with checkout.com on a great rate. We were given the option of a blended rate, or an IC+++ model - we chose the blended rate as it gave a far better deal for us.

A few months later we receive an email saying our account manager has changed. No biggie. A few weeks later, we receive a blunt email saying we'll be moved onto the far more expensive IC+++ rate. We emailed back to protest, and ask for some further clarification.

We've emailed multiple times, attempted to communicate with our 'account manager' on several occasions - most of which are simply ignored.

I still have no idea what rate we are being charged, and when we were moved from our original model. Their customer support is non existant - they simply ignore emails they don't want to answer.

Absolute shambles.
