Great price , good communications from the shop
Bought the Britax Kidfix over the Christmas period. Price was much lower than anywhere else , so really happy with that! Chelsea Baby contacted me early Jan to apologise that there would be a delay (I expected this to be honest since I knew their shop closes over Xmas and the price was so good). The seat actually arrived a week earlier than they said in the end! Really happy overall, thanks!

Great product, great price, good service.
I bought it just before Christmas, a automatic email just to make me aware that they were closed and wouldn't be able to dispatch straight away would've been useful. All sorted with a phone call and the staff member I spoke to was very helpful.

I would avoid using this company again
I would avoid using this company again. Haven’t tried the products yet but they were very late in arriving. I was told I’d be receiving a substantial discount for the inconvenience they’d caused with the long delay but to date they’ve ignored my emails chasing this up. Really unprofessional company with some very rude staff working there.

Now, let's delve into the matter of the delay in processing your order, especially during the Black Friday sale. Regrettably, the surge in orders during this period, particularly for larger items, resulted in some delays. We were transparent about these challenges and communicated the situation to our customers.
Despite our efforts to keep you informed, it appears that our explanations were disregarded. It is disheartening that, rather than engaging in constructive dialogue, you chose to employ aggressive tactics, making demands under the threat of a negative review. We cannot condone or entertain such coercive behavior, as meeting such demands would compromise the integrity of our business.
We sympathize with your frustration regarding the delay, but we cannot succumb to unreasonable demands. Our commitment to fairness prevents us from offering 50% discounts that are unsustainable for our small business. It is regrettable that, in response to our refusal, you chose to escalate the situation by making false accusations and threats.
We believe in constructive criticism and are open to addressing legitimate concerns. However, bullying, aggression, and harassment have no place in our interactions. We take the wellbeing of our staff seriously, and such behavior is unacceptable.
Despite these challenges, we extended a goodwill gesture in an attempt to find common ground. Unfortunately, your response deemed our offer offensive. It is regrettable that a resolution could not be reached through a more amicable discourse.
We hope you reconsider your stance and engage with us in a more constructive manner. We remain committed to resolving this matter amicably and appreciate your understanding.
