My reseller hosting plan with…

My reseller hosting plan with Chemicloud suffered intermittent downtime in the last few days which has caused, in their own words, a cron task failure in my WHMCS installation. The technician said they had fixed the problem but the issue is now persisting for a 2nd day. I don't know when or if they are capable of fixing the mess they have caused!

3 hour Downtime - Third Downtime This Month - Be Sure to Get a Downtime Monitor

Downtime galore. So far 3 times this month, the last outage lasting 3 hours during peak hours. Zero communication that the server was down and what happened. The only reason I knew was because a downtime monitor. Support is intentionally vague. Be careful if you have an important site and make sure to setup a downtime monitor.

edit: officially 96% uptime, not great

The support engineers at ChemiCloud are ALL extremely help, knowledgeable, prompt to reply , diagnose & fix - 24/7 through live chats, and when it's time for either side of an issue to get some sleep in that 24 hours, very quick to follow up in email as needed. And if you don't have the time or opportunity to do. chat, emailing still moves it right along. This has been my consistent experience with them for over a year now, and I just renewed mu subscription. They're worth it.

Best Chat Support Around

I signed up for a plan last year to consolidate a few other sites and the price was perfect.

Overall the move has been great especially because they migrated the sites for me.

I think reseller hosting was one of the best choices so far iI could have made, atleast in terms of building more leads and having websites to draw in that traffic.
