Karen was very helpful in enabling me to log back into my account, guiding me through the process and checking that I had managed. She also prompted me to ask her the question that had made me try to log on in the first place.

I contacted them via their chat bot and they dealt with my query swiftly. However, I did email them for this information and they did not respond.

I spoke to one of your team on the 8th about getting a statement of my old account. Today I called back again as I thought didn’t receive anything. I spoke to a representative called Andy, he advised this was sent and I was actually able to find the statement while on the phone however the address on the statement was wrong, without having to express the urgency of this, Andy was quick to act and advised he would get this handle for me today and work past his shift to complete this! .. Andy did exactly that!! He even called me back to confirm I received the new statement and all was correct! Andy is an absolute assets to this company!!!! He went above and beyond for me and handled with such empathy and compassion! I couldn’t have asked for more! I am so grateful for him and his kindness! I hope Andy receives the recognition he deserves! The man is a legend! #teamAndyforthewin!!! 10/10

Needed advice regarding funding 2 different accounts and procedure at maturity via the website. Andy was extremely helpful and patient, resolving my query in just a few minutes, with simple and concise instructions in a very friendly manner. The phone was answered within 3 rings, and no ridiculous AI bot to negotiate through in order to speak to a human. Excellent service.

I am not happy online but had little choice as there are very limited High Street banks where I live.
I took out a fixed rate bond for a year so that the money was ( hopefully) safe and I didn’t have to think about it.
When it came to maturity, I phoned up and panicked when I realised I had to action withdrawal online. The lady I spoke with couldn’t have been more helpful, patient or understanding.
I want this to be acknowledged, as I have had other experiences with online banks and when I have asked for assistance, it has been a particularly negative experience.
Not only did she guide me step by step, but she is further assisting me when the account matures with info on my interest.
I feel she has gone beyond what’s expected these days, and it’s so heartwarming and beautiful in the current climate of minimal human contact.
If I am in a position in the future to re invest with Chetwood, after this, I most certainly will.
The lady in question is called Lucie.
Please give her a shiny star, a voucher for Tesco or a bottle of pop. How lucky are you to have staff like this… ?
