You have to use a Premium Number to speak to a human.
The Bot confirmed this but added that it's (Bots) service is free.!!

The first time ever in years of dealing with Banks that I have come across this.
I have probably spent 30 minutes with the Bot whereas a quick call would have taken a few minutes unfortunately my bond is fixed or I would be gone.

I rang Chetwood Bank with a problem that could not be sorted out online, and a delightful person called Lucie sorted everything out for me over the phone, and promised to confirm it all in an email which duly arrived later the same day. Lucie was friendly, helpful, efficient, and thereby a good ambassador for Chetwood Bank.

I have only just invested with Chetwood Bank but as a woman in her 70's and one not having experience of moving from ISAs to bomds, I had a few questions to ask and needed reassurance about time scales. I spoke to Lucie on the phone. I was connected without the usual long wait time of my own bank, and she was so professional, helpful and reassuring, explaining everything very clearly. I felt a whole lot better after the call and confident to go ahead. Myfirst experience of customer servie with this bank and very definitely a positive one!

A delicate matter that was dealt with efficiently and professionally. I would highly rate the service given by Chetwood Bank and Charlotte in particular.
The reason I have given a four star rating is because I never give five stars, this is due to the fact that if everything is perfect then there is no room for improvement which might lead to complacency.
That said Charlotte's efficiency and professionalism is a credit to her employer, Chetwood bank.

Your agent Charlotte, returned my call and handled my request for transaction summary, very patiently and efficiently. She talked me through procedure, advised me that the info she had given me over the phone would be sent within 48 hrs and that I would receive a text when the info was on its way. It arrived as advised. Very good service, thank you Charlotte

One of the few Welsh-based banks, so saving with them does a little bit to help Welsh employment etc - and the interest rates offered are really good too

Sourced bank from a reputable platform; interest rate was competitive; registration process straightforward and, following deposits into account, confirmation /communication from bank was just what I expected.

The application process was quite straightforward for me, as I am not particularly adept at navigating websites. The interest rate, however, was the most favorable on the market. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a comprehensive review as this is my initial experience with Chetwood. I will be content or dissatisfied as the situation unfolds, but in the interim, I will kindly rate them with three out of five.

Easy to apply for account, website clear showing different accounts to choose from.

The Savings account was easy to open online. Managing my account has been easy, so far.

Chetwood Bank is clear and straightforward good customer communication I feel this bank is trustworthy. They have competitive interest on their savings accounts, I will continue with them for the foreseeable future, highly recommended.
