Really good shopping here once more with such good collection. Quality of material is improving. Only the prices are quite comparable to bigger clothing brand so the tendency is not to buy here

Return

Wanted to return my order and excange it to a different colour. DHL didn’t accept the return label and I contacted chiquelle but they don’t respond. Now I’m stuck with the top. Bad company!

Very Bad!!!!

3 dresses, threads running away on ALL

I ordered 3 dresses, all of them have holes after having worn them once.
The threads are running away.
It's really a shame because the design and cuts are really nice, but the quality is extremely bad for the price.
If it had happened to only one of my dresses, fine, I could have gotten an outlier. But 3/3, what the hell?

I keep fixing them after every kind hand wash. And they start looking crappy because of these small fixes.

Chiquelle, you are a serious disappointment.

Customer service is not a priority!

Chiquelle is not interested in having satisfied customers. As soon as an item is sold, the CS is shocking. The respond time, the communication options and the level of communication skills is just childish using smileys?? I wanted to return an item because after wearing it an hour, the day knit got ruffled. I contacted CS to mention I wanted to return it since I didn’t had the labels anymore. Even saying on the return label I wanted to return the item and not replace it. Now they are saying I already wore it so I dont get my money back but a replacement. Their argument: everybody is loving this day knit and it is very popular. The level of maturity and taking responsibility is ridicioulus. My advice is not to order here since they Don’t know nothing about CS. It goes beyond sending out and delivering an order, its about how to deal with it when something Goes wrong. Looking at the reviews is, for me, a confirmation that they really don’t care.

UNTRUSTWORTHY

Sent my item back mid-february and still haven't received my refund. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my email regarding this transaction. Absolutely appalling customer service and I definitely would not recommend!!!!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Had to wait 3 months to get my refund back. First they were going to change my clothes for another size, only one month and a couple of weeks later I heard that they didn't have my size anymore. And then I had to wait another couple of weeks to get my money back. As if this wasn't enough they only refunded a part of the amount I paid (45 instead of 57 euros).

Nice clothes but too bad for the service.
