Looking at this order I can see that this order was placed on Sunday 15th, the item was then dispatched on Monday 16th March and was delivered on the next working day being Tuesday 17th March which would be correct for the next working day service selected at checkout.
We are sorry that you are unhappy on this occasion with the service received.
