Having a look at your tracking, Royal Mail attempted to deliver the parcel on the 1st April however were unsuccessful, the parcel is currently being held at your local Royal Mail branch and they are waiting for a redelivery request or collection of the item.
You can make your redelivery request via your tracking or if you are wishing to collect the item you can see which location the item is at on your tracking.

ParcelI never received my order...as DpD…
I never received my order...as DpD never delivered my parcel...They driver said he handed the parcel me...no he did not...he could not even spell my name....Then did said it was delivered to a neighbour...no it was not i have good neighbours we take things in for each other all the time.

The service from start to finish was exceptional…
The service from start to finish was exceptional. Delivery was within a matter of days and although I had to return them, as purchased the wrong size, the returns system was faultless and within days I had received my refund. I subsequently ordered the correct size which again arrived after a couple of days. Will certainly use your company again.

Very good quality and a good range of longer leg lengths
A great pair of jeans which were bought as a gift for my son. They are a great fit and it was refreshing to be able to order a pair of jeans in a 36inch leg length. Excellent service from ordering to delivery.

Wrong size sent twice - avoid the hassle
I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks in size 5.5. They arrived in a 5.5 box, but the sandals inside were actually a size 6. I assumed it was a one-off mistake, so I returned them and ordered another pair in 5.5. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again - correct box, wrong size inside. The returns process also wasn’t straightforward either time. Based on my experience, I’d be cautious ordering from here as it could end up being more hassle than it’s worth.
