Ordered a month ago and it was shipped quite quickly but it was Hermes delivering which didn't fill me with confidence
Hermes lost it and Ch9nky said it was out of their jurisdiction once shipped.
Despite emailing showing them what Hermes said they have never responded
I found the same product much cheaper and delivered in a couple of days from Amazon but have lost the money from Chonky.
They even had the cheek to ask me to leave a good review when I first chased the delivery!

This is a serious warning. Do not buy from this company. They been stealing money from people for a couple years. They need to be flagged and blocked. Since they are based in China. That is the only reason why they are still around. They have stolen thousands of dollars from people. They are thieves plan and simple. They have broken muiltple laws, and operate illegally. But once again. China doesn't operate the same way as the rest of the world. Report the page. Flag it to get it taken off the internet.

Ordered back in January says its delivered on april 16th at a house thats not mine. this company is a bunch of scammers. they are trying to tell me that it was delivered to the right location but its not here

I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. I ordered a chonky seal for my birthday which never arrived (never received confirmation of shipping and there’s an option to track your order on the site but you don’t get a tracking number when you order, tell tale sign of a scam). I’ve tried to email them multiple times and message on Instagram for over two weeks and am being repeatedly ignored or palmed off. Contacting my bank shortly to see if they will be able to issue a refund, or if not at least block other payments from being made to this fraudulent website. Very disappointed and feeling a bit stupid for ordering from somewhere that I thought was legit!

I was lucky enough to actually receive my chonky bat plush. However, my plush was just thrown into a shipping envelope, came from China, and does not match the picture of what I purchased. Can find the same product on Wish. Feel as though the photos on the website are misleading. I already have some of the fluff from the outside falling off even though I received it today. I received my order in ten business days which I'm sure has to do with Covid shipping delays. As someone who really likes bats I find it difficult to find a cute bat plush, and I'm disappointed with the result. I'm not really interested in going through the refund process and I don't really think I'd hear back either. Best to avoid and look elsewhere.

I bought the angry seal for a friends birthday, came on time but NOTHING like the pictures, it has green discolouration and it also came with a rip. When I emailed over a month ago about what can be done I never received a reply and had to use their text service upwards of 5 times before I got any sort of reply.

Absolute scam. Con artists, and good at it. £30 wasted on a stuffed toy as a present that has never arrived.

Ordered mid January and hadn't heard anything by beginning of February; contacted them to say I wanted a refund and was told they would try and expedite my order (not what I asked for). They have ignored all contact since. If the site could be banned, I would 100% support the banning.

I ordered a bat plushie from them. It took a bit to get here. I love it, BUT there are some discrepancies from the website to look out for. It's not 14 inches (more like 11.5 with the feet). It definitely came from China and not from Switzerland. And it doesn't look exactly like the photos (different ears, eye placement, and feet).
So I probably got lucky and I don't think I would recommend buying from here

Absolutely horrible. I ordered 4 weeks in advance of Christmas hoping it would be a gift. Didn’t show up until I tried contacting them 3 times and it came mid way through January. They shipped it in one of those vacuum bags so the stuffed animal looks horrible, has lines and folds all over it. And when I smelled it, it smells exactly like a smokers car smells. Disgusting. I will never recommend this store.

Ordered Chonky Bat, order was never dispatched, tried emailing a couple of times, got a reply saying theywould contact the logistics department and then got no further response. AVOID

The chonkystore site claims its products are handmade in sweden. It's a blatant lie. they are manufactured in china and sent from china. I paid 30 dollars for something that very clearly cost cents to construct. It as the same build quality as a carnival toy. The face looks nothing like the product advertised and it was already coming apart when it arrived.

0 stars, ordered it over a year ago and still haven't received it, contacted company multiply times, only responded one of the times and were very unhelpful

Zero stars. Took nearly 2 months to receive. Tracked from China. Ordered large and small seal. The large one is small and the small one is tiny. Horrible quality with not enough stuffing and single seam stitching with loose threads that are unravelling. Not at all as displayed online. Kinda ugly IRL. Avoid this product and company. Based on other reviews I don’t have much hope of getting a refund but I’ll try.

Promised the item within a week, delivered it a month late. Lies about the item being from Switzerland, it comes from China (shipping tracking proves that). Then when I requested a refund within their promised 30 day return time, they refused.

Scam. Horrible quality, 1 month delivery and they are lying on their website that it is handmade in Switzerland. It is crappymade in Shenzhen in China.

This is a terrible product. I ordered the chonky seal. It looks nothing like the photos and is cheap and poor quality. I contacted the Company to request a refund and after finally receiving a response that they would send my complaint to the “concerned department”, I have received no response in over 3 weeks.

The plushie arrived in a reasonable time (25 days). I also got a tracking number and was able to see where the package is at all times.

However, the quality is totally not what was presented on the photos. The material is the worst I've seen and appears to have weird blue discoloration. It was supposed to be a gift, but I'll pass - I would just feel embarrassed giving it to somebody.

Totally lied on shipping times. 5-8 day delivery? Total lie. Ordered Christmas presents, and still haven’t arrived. Crap company. Avoid at all costs.
