Fantastic 10 day tour of Venice, Verona, and Cinque Terre. Everything was set up perfectly. We had an amazing time and many fantastic memories thanks to Ciao Tours and Lauren Rizzuto from Squire Travel in Cheshire, CT!!

Just back from a trip of a lifetime to Italy. My husband and I enjoyed every minute from the moment we landed to the minute we left our last hotel. The tours and transport arranged by Ciao was nothing short of stellar and beyond top notch. Visiting different locations across 12 days with much to see and do, Ciao made the best arrangements for us to travel and see the site we wanted to without any hassle or stress. From NY to Milan to Florence to Rome and finally to Positano. We enjoyed the best travel and touring anyone could dream of. Every driver, every train ticket was perfectly arranged to take us where we needed with no stress. We felt spoiled! Donna was an amazing source of information and helped us pick the right tours that matched what we wanted to do and more importantly how we wanted to do it. From the first day to our last the drivers and tour guides were all so friendly and informative. Our hotels in every destination surpassed what we could have hoped for with the best accommodations and service. We felt like VIPs every day we spent in Italy and I could not imagine planning another trip without Ciao Italy!

I highly recommend Donna at Ciao travel. She planned a perfect trip just the way we wanted she helped with by arranging all our train tickets and our tours. The hotel she picked were also beautiful and centrally located so we could walk to restaurants and shops. It was a wonderful two week trip where we celebrated our 50th anniversary.

My family and I (12 people total) just came back from a family trip to Italy. We did Florence 3 nights, Rome 2 nights and Sorrento for 4 nights. Without question the greatest trip we have ever taken. Ciao Italy was simply amazing. Everything went as smooth as can be, from the first pick up at the airport in Florence to the train rides and transfers to and from, to the last pick up at 6AM in Sorrento. All the logistics involved they made it stress free, incredible, just incredible. I would use them again and would be crazy not to. If you're going to Italy, they are a MUST use, no question. I would recommend them 10 x over.

Filthy bus windows...we went for Siena, San Dimignano and Pisa with lunch. It was a double decker bus with absolutely filthy windows...I asked the guide woman why the front window was so filthy as we're hoping to take some nice pics of Tuscany and she just walked away...turned around and walked away...so rude unprofessional, lack of professionalism and manners. Considering we paid 180euros for sitting in filthy bus is a rip off... learn how to respect customers and some curtesy. Shame on you

Ciao Italy Tours, specifically Donna, created an all-encompassing trip for our family of 4 from Venice to Florence, Rome, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The plans included every must-see list item in small-medium groups, to private excursions.

Donna planned this trip specifically customized the trip to our specific needs or preferences as if it were for her own family.

The draft and final itineraries were packed full of details giving us a clear picture of the trip prior to leaving. What we experienced far exceeded our expectations...including the level of care ensuring all transfers, tours, and accommodations were on time and according to the plans. Stefania was amazing! She scheduled our family trip to Italy for our youngest son's wedding. The wedding was perfect and the vacation after was amazing! Stefania delivered an incredible venue for the rehearsal dinner. The dinner was one of the many highlights of the trip. Thanks Stefania for making it all possible!

Good morning… just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time. All the transfers, hotels and tours arranged with Ciao Italy worked seamlessly. At one point we had to change a pick up and Brasstours ( used by Ciao Tours) was more than obliging.

My travel agent Teresa (TnTguystravel), worked alongside Stefania from Ciao Italy. They helped us plan the perfect trip to the Amalfi Coast. Every excursion, transfer, flight and hotel stay was executed without a hitch. They even helped my children surprise us with a phenomenal dinner to celebrate our 50th on our first night there. My clients fully independent travel (FIT) in Florence and Rome went flawlessly. (They booked it with me--their travel agent-- after a family destination wedding in Ravello--their first trip to Europe).
