Found the ease of the website great, finally decided on my car of choice and then having it delivered took a lot of stress away. I was a little unnerved by not being able to walk around it, prior to purchase and see it properly, but felt soon reassured by the communication I received and well-informed delivery guy

Great service, right up until the point where you have collected your car. They then don't want to know, takes days to respond to emails. I've told them to collect the car within their 14 days period, but so far to no avail.

Absolutely disgusting service , I bought a car in good faith, they made me put my old car in their name, tax and insure new car before they delivered it but on the day they didn’t turn up, didn’t call me, took me hours to find out it had broken down and been taken back to depot.
I then had to reinsure my car so I could get to work.
They didn’t call me the next day or day after, I had to chase them to find out what was going on.
They would only respond in email, wouldn’t talk to me.
I eventually got my money back and managed to cancel the deal but not once did I get an apology and their attitude stank!

The reason for the increase is down to the work of Ella Adams, the Customer Relations Executive, and to Jordan, the mobile technician. Both worked tirelessly to resolve my issue - much appreciated. The mobile technical support is a great idea. Saves taking time off from work. Thanks again.

Transaction process was straightforward. The car was dirty when collected and not charged up meaning we had to wait a further hour before driving back whilst it charged

When you pay in full (approx 17k) for a car
Which is great yes! However the SD card for the Sat Nav is missing…..
Takes days to respond to my questions
Apology received…. Thanks ! And informed it will be 3 weeks before it arrives….. over a month later, still waiting. Contact cinch again, days to respond, to be told I can be redeemed up to £35 and a link to purchase the sat nav card myself!

The person who brought our car explained everything to us. He was very pleasant. The only fault I have with the car is that the inside never got a good clean and it smelt.

This is the second time I’ve used cinch and I’d recommend it to anyone. There were a couple of little things on my car that needed fixing just a loose glovebox mainly but nothing was too much trouble. I’ve mainly dealt with Rachel McKay service advisor and she’s been so helpful and friendly, communication is on point! The technician who came today, Azfar was friendly and professional. Did the work and looked at something else on the car for my while he was here. Just really fantastic customer service! Beyond happy with all the help, nothing felt like too much trouble. Thank you!

Disappointing Service from Cinch
We purchased a £20,000 BMW from Cinch and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations.
When we collected the car, it was filthy with 2 barely road legal tyres. We were even advised by a Cinch representative that they wouldn’t have delivered it to a home address in that condition and suggested we contact Cinch directly. Despite this, we were left to deal with the situation ourselves.
More concerning was the condition of the tyres. The front two were barely legal, and after having them checked, we found one was nearly on the tread limit. Although Cinch refused to reimburse us the cost to replace both tyres within the warranty period.
Within the first week, we also had to replace the rear wiper blade as it was damaged and leaving significant marks across the window.
On top of this, we had to pay out of our own pocket to have the vehicle properly cleaned, as the cleaning company (“Bubbles”) failed to attend on the day of collection, replace the back wiper and 2 tyres within the first 3 months. The cars clearly dont undergo a thorough enough inspection prior to resale.
Overall, it feels like Cinch was quick to take payment but failed to deliver a service that reflects the value of the vehicle. We’ve given it time to see how they would respond and resolve these issues, but unfortunately, the level of service remained disappointing.
We sent receipts etc but were dismissed.

Today was our second experience with Cinch. We used them a couple of years ago to deliver a car to us. This time round we collected from Derby (a 90 minute drive from where we live). We were excited to visit the branch to collect our already purchased car but a little apprehensive about the 'car sale' environment and pushy sales people. We shouldn't have worried though. Greeted by Ian Neal who instantly explained what we needed to do and that he'd be with you us in around 15 minutes. A very approachable man who put us at ease instantly. We love the new car. We went to a service station to charge the car and noticed the air con wasn't working. We headed back to the Cinch dealership a little worried about what would happen, if it could be fixed etc. They spent a good 45 minutes looking at the air con for us and regassed it. It's now 100% working!! Great for the current heat wave!! Our 10 year old was given some colouring to do to be added to Ian's wall which she loved. They couldn't be more apologetic.
Everything about Cinch we love! We've used them this second time due to a faultless experience the first time and now cannot wait to use our new car. We definitely recommend . Thank you to all involved and a HUGE thank you to Ian Neal for making our experience so amazing!!!
