I have just completed on my second property purchase through City & Town Estates in E3. Great service from Max and his team! They also help me with letting my properties. I would highly recommend them to any buyers/sellers/renters.

I bought a house which Max had marketed. I found him to be an honest, decent and commercial individual who made a difficult process as simple as possible.

City and Town letting agents rented a 5 bed house for me in June 2022. The manager Max provided me with a very good service and he was able to find me the good tenants I requested. I would recommend him to any landlord that requires a good service.

Max and Vaida, both have been very helpful, trustworthy and professional during our stay at one of their managed properties as well as during our end of tenancy process. We stayed at one of their managed property for more than a year and they looked after us very well and attended to every issue (small or big) in a timely and professional manner. They even arranged end of tenancy clean for us (given that we were under a time constraint due to our travel plans). Max at City and Town has managed a Property in SE16 for four years now. He consistently does an excellent job of getting good tenants at excellent rents. Additionally, he deals with landlord needs such as arranging gas certificate inspections, dealing with repairs and other landlord requirements efficiently.
I have no hesitation in recommending Max and his team to any landlord needing a first class managing agent.
