DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SCAM YOU!!!!
Ordered a part for a customers car and I have never received it chased by email, filled out there online form and you get nothing. Even paid more to have it delivered faster and nothing. shocking in this day and age that this company is allowed to be on google. DO NOT USE EVER

Ordered a part which did not arrive, no response from multiple emails. I am reporting to trading standards and Action Fraud. THIS IS A SCAM SITE

Now "trading" under the name cityautocentre.co.uk.

Same problem as everyone else. No item delivered, no response to emails (some of which don't even exist).

Ordered Fueltone on behalf of my Father in November 2023 still haven't received my order. I received an initial email thanking me for order and telling me another email would be sent soon saying my order was dispatched. Still waiting for the dispatch email and the order!
Tried replying with many emails asking where my order was, tried new emails asking same with absolutely no response.
I actually went as far as track down the owner of the Fueltone company to tell him what a clown outfit citycarparts were and was informed Fueltone don't sell to citycarparts!!!
I'm actually laughing to myself as I type this up. There's a box at the bottom of the page saying tick to let citycarparts know about your review. The review will be sent to info at citycarparts.co.uk Aye, aw the best with that! If they get it & read it I cannot see any f**ks given.

Ordered gearbox oil…….two weeks later still not arrived and have now been informed another week.The job was urgent and needed doing weeks ago but these clowns can’t even put an item in a box and post it……….luckily purchased on Amazon so refund is not a problem.

SCAMMERS. Take money. don't send goods or reply to any emails

ordered on a Sunday, couple of bolts.
No confirmation of shipping, emailed the email address on the website, it was invalid (gmail.co.uk..). Called the mobile number, no answer, called me back 3 hours later and unprofessionally said he'd check the email I submitted through the website. Text me the next morning asking again for the order number to refund me. I created an account to sign in and find my order using the same email. Guess what- no order showing in My Account. Clown setup, doubt I'll ever see a refund, lesson learned for me, use PayPal always

Really pointless doing this review as the "company" don't care as all they do is take money and run. Luckily I've reversed the transaction so all I've lost is time.

The website should be shut down.

Wish I would of checked sent over 5 emails numerous phone calls just an engaged tone paid for a car part of 98 pound still no car part how are they still able to have a website as though there still a legitimate business so cross with myself for not checking

I ordered a brush box for my car for £38.95, all i received was a pair of brushes, valued at approximately £5.00. When they arrived, I checked with my mechanic and he would have charged an extra £100.00 on top for replacing the brushes instead of the complete assembly. I sent a total of 3 emails asking for a refund, and the last email I even asked if they could not refund for any reason, could they at least reply, still absolutely no response. My advice is give this company a very wide berth.

I am experiencing the same issues reported by others here, viz no goods and no response to emails (2 off) one directly via the site form and one as a response via my provider.
There is no listed telephone number.
As such this strongly suggests that CityCar Parts is taking money fraudulently.
I will attempt to recover my payment via PayPal, hopefully.

Paid for part, absolutely nothing, no response to emails etc.
reported website to numerous agencies, can’t believe this robbing dirtbag is still getting away with it.

It's a SCAM DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. IPaid for some relays from them because they said on web site 2 day's delivery and i needed them urgently as my car was broken down .3 weeks later nothing sent 5 emails no reply they are thieves the company doesn't exist beware BEWARE.

Found and bought parts required on their website. Then read the negative reviews on Trustpilot and started to worry that I had also been scammed. Planned to wait a few days before contacting my bank to chase refund. Low and behold the parts turned as scheduled via Royal Mail. Only gave 4 stars as they did not reply to my email asking for an expected shipping date. Maybe I was lucky!

SCAM!!! Stay away. I ordered a part and they took my money and order shows as pending.I put a claim with PayPal and now I'm waiting

also known as fix and use on paypal and autocare 274 parts.
while trying to place an order their picture verification system failed to work 20 times ( the select a bus, bicycle etc) i managed to pay without the verification working then found their email and sent my reg number so they could confirm the parts.
i also told them what i thought of their useless system,
it seems they didnt look at the email and just cancelled my order and have not replied to a further email.

Ordered and paid for parts, never arrived, who has our money, the website is operated by UK2.NET, if we all email abuse at uk2.net they hopefully will take down the site, the company CityCarParts Ltd was dissolved is 2021, the owner is a Michael Duro of 9 Chesterfield Road, Leyton, London, England, E10 6EW
Maybe some small claims against him will stop this scam, mine is going in tomorrow, pls do the same.
