I should of checked Trustpilot before purchasing.

I even received email “You've left some items in your cart!”

Completed purchase & received receipt via email.

3rd email received was to let me know, that I would be notified when item was on its way.

After delay, attempted contact via 2 different email addresses, & rang. Hit brick wall. Needless to say never received item.

would give zero if possible, ordered part nothing delivered no response to e-mail. STAY AWAY!!!

This is a fraudulent website that is no doubt owned by a you know what who scams money from the British public (actual British people) and does not send items.

Please do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered and didn’t receive anything.
No communication at all, apart from an email to say my order has been processed and is waiting for dispatch

Took my money and never sent the parts, have waited nearly a month and nothing. No response to emails. Do not use.

This supplier does not exist please stay away they take you're payment easily and then they do not send the part and then you end up chasing you're money stay away.

This company does not exist. Do not order anything you will not receive your order but your Bank account will be debited immediately. My Bank as refunded my purchase costs. Thank you Halifax.

If you have purchased anything from Citycarparts? please note, they are a dissolved company and are still selling via their website. The website looks fully legit and is even rated by Trust Pilot. Please further note the website is now operating in a fraudulent manner. If you have purchased anything from Citycarparts? then notify your bank, and your bank should refund your money as mine now has. Thank you! Halifax for your help and very fast resolution.

Placed and paid order 7698/230123/21 on Jan 23rd. Status is still pending. No reply to more than 10 emails yet. Payment receipt was under the name of CKC Distribution. Address is same as ebay seller auto-care24 who has the same item listed on ebay with same picture and name of CKC. (Nissan Micra K11 Window Glass Plastic Mounting Support)

Same experience as many previous reviews. Ordered and paid extra for fast delivery. Took payment straight away, nothing received and no response from phone or email contact. Aviod!

ordered part never arrived but they took my money . ignored all emails they don’t have a phone number . I don’t understand why they have not been shut down they are a Scammers . Avoid at all cost !!!

Ordered urgent parts well over a week ago, still not arrived and ignoring my emails. Money was taken instantly though!!!

ordered urgent car parts and paid extra for 48 hr delivery.

no delivery and had to pay the mechanic i had arranged for his time.

reading the other comments, i think ive been swindled!

While the website is fairly easy to use, the customer service has been abysmal. Since placing my order my iterm has not been sent, there have been no updates and every one of my messages have been ignored both through the website and their contact email address.

SCAM. Do not use this business.

No parts received after 1 month.
No response to emails.
Nobody answers the phones.

Company shows dissolved in 2019 on Companies House.

Ordered a small piece of trim for a Citroen C1, cheaper than the 'obvous' place. Well organised website with reliable model lookup. Part arrived in reasonable time and is a perfect fit.

Ordered a part and got ripped off.
No part delivered. Sent three emails with no replies.
Should have read these reviews prior to ordering.
They are all true.
A day after I wrote this review did get an email to say my order was on it's way dated the 4th March. To summarize ordered some interior door handles on the 13th February 2022. Now see if it materialises and arrives ?
Arrived on the 11th March two days short of a month from ordering date
