If I could rate this zero stars, I would. My boyfriend and I went on the Valentine’s Day Experience, and it was an absolute disaster. Upon arrival, it seemed well put together: we left a little late, but no problem, and the views were amazing. Our server took our order around 7:30 after we walked around the boat. We did not get our first course until 8:30. We both ordered a charcuterie plate, which (I am not joking) consisted of three half slices of salami, Costco cheddar cheese, and a single piece of bread. We were both shocked, but tried to continue to have a nice evening. We still were not served dinner as we were backing up into the port at the end of the boat ride at 9:30. Finally, our food arrived, and it looked like an 80’s microwaved TV dinner steak with freeze dried potatoes. We never received our final course of dessert. If you market something as a Premier Dining Experience, maybe it shouldn’t take 2.5 hours to get your food and when the food arrives, it should at least be edible. The Taco Bell I ate after tasted better than anything I was served. Do NOT recommend.

Very disappointed was not expecting this service—-food was cold music was disappointed…. I take along 3 friends with me and was very embarrassed…

Everything was just what I hoped for my 1st time. Although, I can't even remember if there was any entertainment other than the DJ. Seriously, even a magician would have been an big plus for over $700! Additionally, it would have been welcoming for guests to have a place to congregate before ship off.

On January 10 was my day to board on the boat along with 4 other ladies. I like the dancing and the drinks but the food I ordered was terrible. I would never spend my money what I paid on my food wasn't worth it. I thought for what I paid I would get more food than what I received and the food would be seasoned good and the cheese cake taste like pound cake. I didn't have a good experience.

spirt of Washington and expected better and i should get something adward a better cruise like spirit of Washington.

Experience was amazing, enjoyed my time with my close ones and the food was great. Overall the whole experience was better I imagined.

Both the website and the app are confusing and difficult to use. There's not even a map or list of docks and schedules. I went from Westminster to Tower London and found a timetable that said the return trip was at 6:35 PM. To my surprise, when I arrived, it was closed. Someone unrelated to the company told me that it was a summer schedule (which wasn't indicated anywhere). I certainly won't use it again.

The gentleman that took my reservation handled everything and responded quickly. We also had a late addition to the reservation which he handled nicely.

We loved our cruise! The food was wonderful. The only issue was thr music that was blasting for much of the cruise. A lunch time cruise means chatter. I could barely hear anything and I had brought my mother, great aunt and mother in law. None of them could hear anything, including the tour director.

I spent well over 500.00 for tickets for New Years eve. We had to stand out in the cold for 30 mintues because they would not let is board until 9 pm and the weather was very cold. The food was sub par to say the least. Beef Tenderloin was tough and when the vegetables were low they pour new ones right on top of the old vegetables, as a manager in a country club thats a big no no. The drinks were horrible also the bar tender needs to learn how to make a old fashion.

I enjoyed the sightseeing City Cruises in London. We hopped on at Westminster pier and went all the way to Greenwich pier so you get to see all of the biggest sights in London. The boat was clean and they had a good selection of refreshments. The views from the top deck were amazing. Good value for money

The food was very good, and the staff very professional and courteous.

Got scammed by these guys false advertising. They advertised the services London eye power and Westminster piers are are open until 18:00pm/6pm so I purchased it base on my travel time from Leicester to London will be estimated arrival time by 4pm. When I got to the Westminster area all areas were cordoned off the security mentioned these piers are now closed. I phoned city cruises and they confirmed the piers have closed at 4pm on this day the 31st December. I hoped them for complaint of their service they did not provide accurate info on their booking forms this is the worst service I have ever purchased online. Literally got scammed by city cruises their customer service advisor on the phone and their customer service on the online chat are not willing to provide a refund.

I would not recommended these guys to anyone.

Hi, Sorry about this late review.
My wife and I had our 10 years anniversary dinner on Odyssey on 9/20/2025. Our wedding was on Odyssey exactly on 9/20/2015.

We received the great services and food for the dinner. Sorry I forgot the waiter and the lady manager's name now because it has been so long. They shared our happiness and were very proud of their ship provided the great wedding to us. We reviewed our wedding photos on this ship with them and I can see they were excited too.

We also got roses, champagnes, cakes from the staff to congratulate us. We feel so touched by their hospitality. Odyssey is part of our life and we will come back to Odyssey for all our anniversary celebrations. We will also recommend Odyssey to all our family and friends.

The Cruise itself was very nice, but I didn’t like the booking process and I was very disappointed with the way it was handled.
