We bought our flat through Cityrez and now they are managing it. Great professional team. Found it very easy to deal with Tony, Claire and Andy. No hidden or excessive fees like other estate agents. Definitely recommend their services.

Fair and Clear Letting Agents
I've let my 3 bedroom house twice via CityRez and they've always been responsive and fair. Other agents charge hidden fees and tie you up with small print, but my experience has been straightforward and clear. The agents know the area, and I'd trust them with further business.

Great boutique estate agent
We've been letting through CityRez for about half a year now and everything is great. They deal with everything smoothly and seamlessly, there's a dedicated maintenance agent always on call. Most importantly you're not treated like a number, which is all too common with big agencies. Would highly recommend CityRez to all my friends.

We have used Cityrezltd to help us rent our flat at Deals Gateway complex. We have found the staff to be very knowledgeable, easy to work with and friendly. We would recommend Tony and his staff to others who need help purchasing or renting a property in the Greenwich/Deptford area.

Great letting agency. Helped me at a time when finding a flat seemed almost impossible but I put trust in CityRez and my trust was not misguided. Very helpful, thorough and prompt on all replies and service.
Special mention should be made to Tony, Andy and Claire for all their over and above help, patience and support. I've now moved into my place and couldn't be happier. Thank you all again.

Excellent service!!
Cityrezltd have managed my property for me for the past 7 years. I got seriously ill and needed help and was inundated with offers from companies but Claire at Cityrez was the only person who came personally to see me and find out what I needed!!
