absolutely hopeless
absolutely hopeless. paid for over night delivery before 12 (noon). no tracking provided. i had to phone 4 times. Parcel didn't come as committed. said it was a third party provider DPD fault.
team in Southampton were useless. i quote i apologise it has not been delivered. what do you want me to do go to DPD myself and pick it up.
they couldn't care less.

Delivery was really prompt and the driver was so nice and polite. I wanted to do this review mainly to praise the driver. He delivered some extremely large heavy garden tiles all by himself. It should have been a 2 man job and for that reason he deserves recognition. SO50 Emerson is an asset to the company for going above and beyond in his duties.

Had two deliveries today, both drivers very patient, polite, helpful, made sure I could manage... excellent staff. I am used to other companies literally throwing items on doorstep and gone in under a minute, leaving goods in full view of any passerby, without knocking. Your service both times could not be faulted.
