Good morning Mr Wurtz. It's been great dealing with you and your staff and I am grateful for your help. Lots of people promised to help but never did. You guys did. And were even patient with me to guide me through everything. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone I ever hear talking about refinancing as well.

I worked with Brad Wurtz and he was amazing! He got everything done super quick, was extremely helpful! Had the best attitude when communicating through email or phone call. Brad overall is an amazing person and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to go through Citywide Home Mortage. Definitely hope to work with them again in the future.

This company does not pay their vendors. When you call for past due invoices the loan officer is so offended and whats you to treat her like the money is coming out of her pocket. Apparently there is no managment so they dont return the calls. Next step is court.

Was pre approved waited 7 months for our house to be built then told when it went to under writing that my debt to income ratio that had not changed during that time except for the payments I made all on time was to high. Poor communication and strung along. Dale and Grant were terrible.

Paul Armstrong at CityWide Homes was great! He was ver knowledgeable and resourceful. Helped me refinance my home and helped me with the best suitable loan that works for me with no pressure. Was able to close less than 30 days. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone,

Paul and his team are the best. Paul is a master at finding the best loan for your circumstances. As well, he is an expert at navigating the VA loan process. I've used Paul on several occasions and will continue to do so in the future.

Dale and Grant were great. Dale (our loan officer) was especially helpful. He kept us up to date on the progress of our loan and even provided a nice "homewarming" gift after closing. I would definately use them again (except their rate was so good I won't ever need to refi again!!) If I ever buy another property, I'll talk to Dale first.

I had not heard of Citywide before my recent experience with them. This is a crazy time to buy and sell a house, but here we are again, being crazy. From my first discussion with Amy at Citywide, I knew I was in great hands. Within 24 hours, I was ready to make an offer on the house we desired, at the price we accepted, and with terms, thanks to Citywide, we were happy with. In less than 1 month, we went from offer to full closing, again, thanks to Amy and her relentlessly pushing team at Citywide. If this were normal times, this turnaround time would be considered amazing; given the market we are in today, it is nothing short of outstanding, stupendous and incredible! Thank you, Amy, Elvia and all the rest of the Citywide team who delivered this incredible performance for me!

I was a 1st time home buyer with a moderate credit score buying a short sale. Susan Atkinson helped to guide me with the best loan options for my situation. A short sale, which could've taken months was completed in a matter of weeks. Any time I had questions, she answered every call and text to put my mind at ease during this process. She also helped my parents with their home loan options as well. I definitely refer her to anyone I come across that is looking to buy a new home.

Quinn was pretty incredible to work with. As it was my first time buying a house, no less in the hectic market of late 2021, he was always optimistic, insightful, and practiced timely communicated. Which honestly, is all I could ask for. That, and receiving answers to my questions. Which he did as well!

Most importantly, I would love to use Citywide to buy or sell my home again in the future.

Terri did a fabulous job helping me navigate and complete my home refinance. I previously tried with my bank and they were unable to help me. When Terri came through and helped me get a loan from Citywide, it was such a weight off of my shoulders. Plus there a couple of odd things that Mt previous lender screwed u that she was able to help me fix. Am going to recommend her to all my friends.
