Debit pre-authorization and never release it. And support doesn’t give any answer.

Fees are much too high. Besides I thougt, collateral is frozen on your ledger wallet. It's not - you need to transfer funds to Banxx. Risk is too high for huge amounts.

On the other hand, I filled up the car on Friday, December 07, as many credit cards took a fingerprint
From 130 euros when I only had 35 euros of fuel plus a very imprint of 130 Euros since I got the wrong gun when refueling suddenly it canceled the transaction but not the imprint of 130 Euros.
So I would like to know when the imprint goes into a real transaction and when will 230 euros be returned to my card.
since last Friday it's starting to get long especially during the festive period I'm still waiting for the return of my 230 Euros

Numerous attempts to verify account, day after day same thing. Very disappointed on what looked like a good platform. With no assistance offered.

I received my card and transferred money to it.
I see my cash balance on my ledger account, but was unable to withdraw any to test the card.
I messaged support to see why i cannot access my money, but to date it seems to have gone into a black hole so i cannot use the card to access all my crypto on Ledger.
I think maybe you need Elon Musk in to sort out your business processes and technology

In my experience the 1-2% monthly cashback doesn't offset the excessively high exchange fees and spreads up to 6.5%!

I'm however thankful that they promptly resolved the issue with Bitcoin miner fees.

Their Customer Service staff have been professional and helpful throughout.

Overall the card works fine and I have not had any problems using it. I find the log-in procedure using the Ledge app is a bit of a pain - hopefully they can add Face ID soon!

The main issue is probably the 2% fee on each card transaction. You can get back 1% in BTC (or 2% in BXX) as cashback but it is essentially purchasing crypto on top of each transaction. Unlike Crypto.com where you get given CRO as cashback. Hopefully this can also be reviewed soon!

Pretty good all around so far - what I'd love to see next is deposits for the CL card on the BNB Chain (BSC) if possible. This would help us top up our cards with stablecoins in bear market times avoiding excessive ETH gas fees associated with each transfer onto the card

I was very excited that after 12 months the waiting was over and I had my card. BUT! I deposit £ British Pounds to `my` account, the deposit sometimes takes 2-4 hours to be completed, That`s shockingIy slow! I mean, if you need the money now, you need to wait for them to wake up and move the funds to `your` account. My £ balance goes up and down like a rollercoaster altought I had not swapped/exchanged the deposited funds in order to use them on my card, so why the balance is moving? I`m sending a specific amount of £ to `my` account and I have the expectation to remain the same, not to move up and down as I had not swapped it in order to use it with my card. In less than 10 hours I`m down £8.50...So cashback, after quick basic math is non existing.
Also I tried to use it for an online payment for my daughters childcare and the card is getting rejected every single time, very frustrating!

So far all good could make transferring money an easier process and more people will take it up

I was hoping that i would be able to spend my crypto through the card. What a mistake.

I received 2 cards in the post. I tried to activate my card through Ledger and it was not happening. I emailed support and they asked me to call the number on the card.
I called the number and i was asked what bank i am with. After a bit on back and forth they told me to email support and i explained support has asked me to call them. That was a bit of a red flag. So eventually they put me on hold forever because they did not have a clue so i hanged up.
In the meantime I received a reply from support saying i that my card is ok do do online purchases and also activated. So i went to the ATM to test - not working.
Came back home and tried to move money to Wise - not working, as the transaction was not authorised.

Eventually i transfered my crypto back to my Ledger wallet and asked support to close my account.

That was the only think that they got right. It was closed in a blink of an eye.

So my advice is - avoid at all cost. What a waste of time

They sent me card with full name of another person so practically they send my card with all detail to someone els. Never ever see such a horrible mistake also report it three weeks ago and still did not get my card yet.

Fast delivery and a great way to spend your crypto

The card, cryptodraft and the defi loans is an excellent feature. It would be great if the card could work with Apple Pay and if the Defi loan could be transferred into a bank account as opposed to cash withdrawals and card transactions. The card takes a little longer to arrive than I think it should so that could be improved. The customer service could be a little quicker but is very good on the whole.

CL helps me manage and spend my crypto with ease.

i would recommend this card. It's good, simple & easy to use. My only gripe is probably an unsolvable one & probably not CL's fault but there are a few places that don't recognise the card as its essentially a prepaid debit card but most places to take it & added cash withdrawals is a bonus. Also, a nice touch would be if I could use it with Apple Pay as well.

Nice card it works perfectly so far. Luckily I swapped my ETH spending money to USDC yesterday before it all went down the toilet so it’s good you can also use stables. I would say that it is annoying logging on to it with email and password every time. Just face ID please.

Customer service response is okay. However using the app via ledger, I think we are in modern world to say it is bad.

I mean come on you need to say which network people can use to transfer, eth, bep 20 etc on the card section and for a simple question i go back to them like second time. Hope to get a better update.

It's not intuitive on how to add funds so that you spend with the card, plus tedious having to log in from Ledger every single time. Not been able to use it yet.
