Bannx has been holding my $5000 $BTC withdrawal in a pending state for over 72 hours, they easily accepted my BTC and I was able to use the card but when I tried to withdraw the same BTC I deposited months ago they are holding my BTC!

Beware of this company!

I sent USDT to my card hoping I can use it, however they have dumb limits and was asked to verify which I did, provided them with bank statements and now it's been 4 days no answer and I can't get my money out of their dumb card. I am losing opportunities because they just freeze your OWN HARD WORKING MONEY until whenever they feel like getting back. Avoid like plague.

I will update when this sorted, for the time being please do not put your hard worked money into this crap service.

I've an issue with a payment using the CL Card and PayPal that is considered "CONFIRMED" by CL but to have been rejected by PayPal.

CL and PayPal are passing the buck and ask respectively for proof of refund (but PayPal considering that the transaction was rejected, they never issued a refund), and a proof of transaction (but CL as considering the transaction as confirmed, ask for a proof of refund with ARN code).

None of them have provided any of these proofs yet even after multiple insistance on obtaining one. For PayPal I understand they can't provide one as the transaction is rejected and it looks legitimate, but at least CL should be able to provide a react official transaction history extract in PDF format just like you can normally get on classic bank accounts.

This kind of situation should be able to be resolved quickly and it's already been more than a week !!! It's unacceptable !!!!

I use the virtual card tied to Apple pay, this has been working as a charm for me. I topped up de card with some Bitcoin and used it to pay for on and offline products. Until now no problems, but only used it for small everyday transactions

I've been trying to withdraw +€60k of funds from CL Card for a few days without any success. Web-app simply doesn't work and shows a vague "Network error". Customer support is not responsive even though I followed up several times and the partner Ledger page ensures 24/7 support.
I will update the review once I (hopefully) get my money back. Anyway, I would advise everyone to stay away from this service

Update 03/07: I was finally able to retrieve my funds after a lot of chasing. Withdrawal fee of 0.2 ETH not specified before + gas. I won't use it again

I been active with this project for almost a year now, I hold over 50k of their tokens and see the potential of the project. Unfortunately the people running the front end are extremely condescending and incompetent.

They are quick to ban individuals in the telegram group if they bring up legitimate questions. They allow insults and name calling in the telegram group. There is a group of individuals from the French community that seem to gatekeep when any sort of criticism arises.

Their new customer service lead Tanya, has by far been one of the worst customer service managers I've seen in a long time she has been multiple individuals simply for asking questions without any reason

This project will never grow until they get rid of their customer service Representatives and create a community where criticism is accepted.

Omg, this card never works, it's horrific. And I've never seen such a poor support, stay away from this company, there are much better crypto cards. And I don't even speak about the bxx token from the Baanx company which is an obvious scam, the team sells tokens on the face of investors for almost 2 years now.

I am very disappointed with Ledger associating them with Baanx for their CL-card powered by Ledger. Baanx locked my account I can use a payment cart, I cant log in in my account I cant do nothing, I try to reach Support for many days and now answers at all. All my money is blocked now with out any rezone, stay a way from this company. Useless company

It’s a decent product. Makes it easy to spend crypto anywhere Mastercard is accepted. The system is also fast, no more waiting 3/5 days for a withdrawal like on some exchanges.

Very surprised by this card. It even works in countries like HongKong ! And earning BXX as rewards when I use this card is really interesting!

A reliable way to spend crypto so far

I have been using the CL card for around 6 months now and everything has worked great for me. I did try spending BTC and ETH on the card and it worked perfectly, however, I now only use USDT due to the dip in BTC value. Looking forward to the next bull run!

I must say that on occasion the payment has declined even though I had funds available though the transaction always went through on the second try. Getting access to the virtual card immediately was also useful as I could use it with google pay straight away.

I was also been able to convert my crypto into EURT and have the EURT sent directly to my bank account which has been fantastic too.

The UX of the app could do with a little tweaking but overall I havent had any issues using. Sending and receiving crypto to my account all worked well.

All in all a great little app! I would highly recommend if you are looking to spend some of the crypto you have lying around

Absolutely loving the 2% cashback in btc/eth or usdt! It's a great incentive that genuinely adds value. Also, the customer service has been decent, responsive and helpful. Overall, it's been a good experience with this service. Highly recommended!

I am dissatisfied and concerned as I have not received a refund of 1300 zł despite providing the ARN number. This situation is particularly frustrating because the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) is supposed to facilitate and track the refund process.

Avoid, if possible. Terrible customer support.
Verified, funded, ordered, never sent.

Customer support is slow and useless.

I didn't email them from the correct email address once now they are denying all support from the correct address, as showing in my account.

This is not a review of problems with the card. I never got one.

Up until last week, I had encountered no issues with this card. However, when I attempted to withdraw money from an ATM, the machine displayed an "insufficient funds" message. This happened on two separate occasions, even though my account had adequate funds, and the corresponding amounts were deducted. Regrettably, my attempts to seek assistance from customer support have yielded no response, and the deducted funds have not been refunded as of yet.

after 2 weeks the funds have being refunded however not in the same coin.

I’ve been paying with the CL card for 2 weeks now, and everything seems to be working fine. Despite the 1-star reviews, I started with lower payments of €1-2, and all of these went through successfully. I then began making higher payments, which also processed without any issues.
I should note that I’m using USDT as my cryptocurrency of choice. I haven’t tried using ETH or BTC, as they aren’t stable enough for my liking.

Additionally, putting money on the card is very easy with Ledger.

I used it, and I'm getting double charges on each transaction. No answer from support nor funds being returned...

Do not buy the ledger don't even sign up to the CL Card on there there dog shxxt really really bad experience
