Serious Issues with BTC Deposits and Withdrawals - Update
Review:
I previously wrote a review about the significant problems I encountered with CL CARD, a product powered by Ledger. I am writing this update to share the resolution of my issues and provide a complete picture of my experience.
1. Receiving BTC to the Card Address:
Receiving BTC to the card address was incredibly slow. Even after transactions were confirmed on the blockchain, the funds remained unavailable on the card for hours or even days. This delay severely compromised the usability of the card.
2. Using the Card for Online Purchases:
The only functionality that worked correctly was using the card for online purchases. However, due to the issues with deposits and withdrawals, I was hesitant to trust this service for larger amounts or more frequent transactions.
3. Withdrawing BTC to External Wallet:
Withdrawing BTC to an external wallet was a nightmare. My transaction was marked as pending on the blockchain for over 72 hours and flagged as inefficient. The lack of clear communication and prompt customer support only added to my frustration.
Update:
After several days without a response, my BTC has finally become available. This resolution was a relief, but the overall experience was stressful and inconvenient. The customer support response time needs significant improvement, and the efficiency of transactions must be enhanced to prevent similar issues in the future.
Conclusion:
While my issue was eventually resolved, the delays and lack of prompt support are major concerns. I hope CL CARD and Ledger take steps to improve their services and provide a more reliable and efficient experience for their users. I will remain cautious in using this service moving forward.

I asked a question on their Telegram group (officially present on their website), an admin contacted me privately, and sent me a website where they asked me for my recovery phrase. In short, how can you trust after that? It will be without me, I will never go and get a card from them with Ledger.

For the sake of everyone willing to…
For the sake of everyone willing to enter in the life of crypto… please never use this platform for your own sake…. I have 500 euro frozen there and I can’t do anything cause they needed some documents which I sent and now they need further more for some reason…as they also mentioned the card limit never resets which is super ridiculous…. Not to forget to mention that the card limit went from 1000 to 250 without even a warning to the users whatsoever….for those who don’t believe me please do request me to show you any info as this is a shame to the life of crypto.
