I received the watch and i like it so much., it has a clarine brand inside and very good quality and it arrived just a couple of days from my order time. Good to use and i will wear it daily.

Fantastic customer support, even when my package went missing.. they offered to resend a new one without any worry. I am very pleased with the service of this team.

I bought 2 watches, one gold with white face and the other silver with green face and I am so happy with them. They look so good on the wrist, the right size to read the time and it comes with an adjustment tool to remove links if needed. I got a compliment on the green face watch and now I have a watch to suit all outfits!

I ordered a Clarine watch after seeing their wonderful offer of buy one get one free. Sadly I forgot to tick a box to get the free one. So I contacted Clarins to ask if I should have a free one as per their advert. They immediately replied yes! And arranged to have the second free watch sent to me. How fabulous to get such a fast and positive response from Clarins, I was so pleased with their understanding and generosity.

I needed a replacement with one of my watches and the help that I received was amazing. Though in the beginning it was quiet for days but eventually when a member got back to me, their responses were consecutive and I am happy about my replacement.

Watches looks really beautiful and works well, looks well made and lovely. Took a time to receive and yes it was worth the wait and money spent.

Not true to their word. Their BOGOF is a scam. I bought two watches for the price of one using their BOGOF promo but I got one watch and the tool adjuster instead of two watches. I emailed them twice and never received any response. Not buying from them again

Purchased 2 for 1 deal. They only sent the one watch. I emailed them multiple times with no response. The watch itself if very light and material tacky. I understand its not a designer watch but ive seen watches at target that are better quality for less than half the price. I gave it 2 stars because it looks nice and tells the time but very disappointed in the quality and service.

Item broke within minutes of wearing and no one has contacted me back despite multiple chasers

Bought the watch for my daughter's birthday And when she started to use it she noticed a defect. 2arms, minute & hour, are catching At one another and the watch stops. There's no way to return and I regret spending £40 on the defective watch. DO NOT BUY IT
