Do Not Buy.
Purchased Clarine De Mains Watch, whatch arrived on time but a week after watch started getting behind in time. sent video of watch to Clarine as they advised, and they did not respond after receiving the video. After lodged comlaint with my credit card provider, Clarine offerered me gift card as refund. I accepted the offer, it is one month now Clarine has not responded my email or gift card. Do Not Buy

I ordered the 2 for 1 offer on some nice looking watches, I received my confirmation email and Clarine took the payment from my bank account.
A few weeks later I received an email from the courier (Evri) saying they couldn’t find my address and would be sending my order back to sender.
Clarine asked me if they had the correct address for me, which they had, and told me that the courier policy was not to reimburse if the address was wrong (which it wasn’t).
I informed Clarine that my contract was with them, not their courier and I would like to have my £40.00 refund please, especially as the courier said they would return to sender, and it was not my fault that the courier couldn’t find my address.
Since I have sent that email I have had no reply from them.
If Clarine refund my order I will take this review down, until then I am of the opinion that this company has very poor customer service and would not recommend anybody to buy from them.

I was so excited when I saw these watches, more so when you were getting 2 for £40, when the watches arrived i was delighted with them, it came with the tool to take out links if the strap was to big, my husband easily removed the links from the first watch, then did the same with the second, he went to the winder to put it to the correct time and the winder came off in his hand, I emailed Clarine to explain what had happened after at least a week i had no correspondence so I emailed again, 6 emails later I still haven't heard anything, so please these watches look beautiful and yed they are, but when something goes wrong Clarine do not want to know, so please think carefully before you purchase, if something goes wrong, they will not respond.

Really poor quality.

The watch i ordered came swiftly and are amazing quality as expected. The free watch adjuster also worked smoothly and I could adjust its size. Additionally, their customer service is outstanding. I made a misclick that resulted in me missing out on a free watch so I emailed and they accepted my request to take part in the promotion. 2 months later, I decided to check my emails again as I didn't receive anything. Turns out, my email was saved as a draft! I emailed again as I just loved the first watch and did not want to miss out on my second one and to my surprise, they swifty responded and now my watch is on it's way! I definitely recommend.

I ordered gold watch on the offer of buy 1 get 1 free on looking at my recet I noticed only 1 was being sent I got in touch with clarine and told them .Thay were so helpful and quick to resolve the problem and they have sent out the two tone watch ASAP I'm so impressed with them the watch I received is absolutely fantastic for the money I shall be looking to them for future presents thank you CLARINE

I ordered a watch from Clarine for about €50, but instead I received a completely wrong product, a cheap watch sold on Shein or AliExpress for only €4. I did not order this item.

I contacted Clarine and they explained their return process: I had to send the watch back at my own cost and then email them the tracking number and shipping receipt so they could refund both the order and the return shipping cost. I followed all instructions, returned the product, and they confirmed receipt and refunded only the product price.

I then told them I never received the refund for the return cost of €20,49. They replied that they could not refund it through the original method, and asked for my bank details for a bank transfer. I provided my account info as requested, and now more than one month has passed with no reply and no refund for the return postage.

This situation has now been going on for more than three months with repeated emails and no resolution or response.

Based on my experience reporting wrong items, misleading products, poor communication, and ignored refund requests, I cannot recommend ordering from Clarine. Their customer service is unresponsive and their refund process is extremely frustrating and unreliable.

Shipping took a while but packaging was good. I feel their marketing is quite misleading as these items do not feel at all like luxury jewelry. As always, you get what you pay for! I was suckered by their slick marketing campaign, like many others.
I would recommend checking cheaper (Chinese) websites as I believe these items are comparable and you can probably find the same jewelry or similar on there for a fraction of the price.

Everything in this watch is perfect. Affordable but looks expensive.

Ordered 2 watches as a gift but the receiver didn’t like it and hence requested for a return. Its been 10 days approx no response on emails or calls. I have been following up like crazy no nothing from their end. Its so frustrating that you pay $100 for such cheap quality and no customer service.

I ordered two golden watches, one with green and another with white background. They claim to be water resistant, after a 2 minute body rinse under the shower I found out they are not, since it had water behind the glass.
The watches are advertised as Clarine watches but they send you cheat China watches with the brand Ximili on them..also the design of the numbers is not the same.
All in all a scam, I did not receive the product or brand I paid for and they do not answer to any of my messages.

Fake watch very cheap material this website should be blocked, they are making customers fool by showing something else and selling something else, i got scammed they showed me clarine watches and sent me ximily cheap material watches, extremely bad experience no compromise with the quality!

The experience was very good! From placing the order to receiving it! I love both my watch and bracelet! Wear them daily

I'm honestly not happy. I was so excited thinking I'm buying quality watches from Italy, what I received is not what was advertised. The brand name is different. Advertising is misleading. This is unethical.
