I've used Clarity Umbrella for the past year, recommended to me by several colleagues, and I was amazed at how good they are. The onboarding was swift and easy. There has never been a time I've not been able to speak to anyone. They are always on top of things. I've tried to get my new employer to use Clarity which they are considering. Would highly recommend them.

Clarity Umbrella have been an extremely professional umbrella company, provided a great smooth service and been pro-active when I have been tardy with my paperwork. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Have worked through Clarity Umbrella on an inside-ir35 contract for the last 3 years, and my experience of Lucy and her team has been excellent. Very efficient service and great communication (at all hours). They totally deserve all the awards they keep winning.

After the shock of being declared inside IR 35, I found it very difficult to talk to an agency / umbrella group who gave anything like clear and concise information.
Clarity was the opposite and gave me a clear understanding of what it meant to work through an umbrella group.
Since joining them I have found them to be professional honest and friendly. I have had no issues and would be happy to recommend them. They have been a pleasure to work with.

Clarity are truly a transparent company and using their services has made working inside IR35 as a contractor super easy. If I ever need to make use of an umbrella company again I would not hesitate to give them a call - absolutely excellent!

I had recently retired then was asked to undertake a short contact and despite having previous experience on being self employed I had never used an umbrella company. I reached out to a couple of companies that I had seen some other use and from the initial engagement Clarity stood out from the rest, they were professional, happy to answer any questions that I had prior to commencing any formal engagement with them. Lucy and her team were always responsive and professional in their engagement, even reaching out to me when I had not logged any time sheets for a few weeks to check I was ok....above and beyond... I would not hesitate to use their services if needed and would recommend to anyone who is looking for an umbrella company.

Was a pleasure to work with (for?) them, took the headache out of getting paid under multiple contracts. Easy to submit expenses, simple to use website and the docs needed where always there without having to chase them. If I ever got back into contracting and needed an umbrella wouldn't hesitate to use them!
