I'm glad to see that Clarks have come back to Grimsby, as we.dont have. Much in our town centre, which is which is why most people head to meadowhell or Leeds Manchester.
We were served by a lovely young lady named Abbey who spoke to my 10 year old daughter like a person, speaking to her directly which made Holly feel like a customer which is refreshingkeep it up Abbey 👍

Went to get my little boys feet measured for school shoes and Katie was really helpful and such a friendly girl. Really appreciate the choices she picked out. Lovely lass and such a friendly atmosphere

The lady Teresa was so helpful and so lovely I always bring my kids to this store for school shoes and the staff are always so helpful .

Jack at Grimsby was really helpful, measured my daughters feet and made sure the shoes she picked were well fitting and suitable. He was helpful and polite throughout.

Visited Clarks today for our annual back to school shoes the lady that served us was very helpful and kind 10/10 for customer service!! However the choice of shoes seems to be dwindling!! Theres basically zero choice especially for older boys shoes from age 11 to 15.A lot of secondary schools don't accept "trainer style " shoes !!! We ended up buying exactly the same pair as last year!! Needless to say we won't be returning next year . Clarks need to do a lot better!!!

I got my little ones feet measured today and got her first pair of shoes from Clark’s in Grimsby the staff were so helpful and friendly from the minute we walked in. We were looked after by a lady called Lesley who was so helpful and so kind my little girl is incredibly shy so she made the experience for her a positive one would definitely recommend

My first time buying a pair of shoes in Clarks for my daughter. All I can say is what a wonder experience just a pitty they didn’t have the shoes she wanted but she did get some she liked. Thank you Lesley H.

We had booked an appointment at our new Grimsby store. We were 15 minutes early and were seen within minutes of arrival. James served us and was great with our grandson. Feet were measured and shoes were tried on and we were out of the shop before our appointment time. Great friendly service.

The reopening of the Clarks Grimsby store has been a great leap for the town. We popped in as we were just walking past to have my daughter measured and found her size had increased. We purchased some shoes there and then, with the fantastic help of Kylea.

It is just a shame that girls shoes have holes on the top unlike the boys style & secondly they don't have school shoes under a size 7, this is difficult when both my children are small
