Amazing service
Lucy in Grimsby was amazing with my one year old today. He is very wiggly and was getting tired but she was fantastic with him. She was very patient and took the time to make sure the shoes were the perfect fit and also to explain why he needed prewalker shoes rather than walking shoes.
Very happy mum and baby! Thanks Lucy.

Lucy @grimsby store was incredible.
She looked after us so well.
After measuring both children we proceeded to look at the shoes, unfortunately the shoes the children wanted wasn’t in stock. Lucy then explained she was able to order these in to store and we could return when they arrive to complete the fit check.

Good service
Good service, great advice and very patient staff.
Needed a pair of boots, not trainers or sandals or office shoes, for everyday and work wear.
Not available in store but an employee helped me go through the website to view boots and narrow down the options to the most suitable.
Went through all the questions on height, flat/curved foot, material ect, even measured my feet to ensure they'd be a good fit.

Great customer service
I was served today by Viv, at the newly reopened Clarks in Grimsby. She was very friendly and efficient. I'm looking forward to wearing my new shoes. I'll be back in for my winter boots when the autumn range is in.
