Nicely laid out display of footwear and looked after by a helpful assistant. Selom, was attentive and efficient without being overpowering. This provided a good experience and we bought 2 pairs of shoes, which we are very pleased with.

Selorm gave us a great service and helped us buy our son his first pair of shoes

Few days ago I went with my son to buy him school shoes, we just stepped in the store and Dom greeted us very welcoming, the whole experience was great and Dom was amazing ready to answer all the questions and satisfy all my son needs. Thank you very much Dom

Shopping for our daughter’s first pair of pre-walking shoes, it had to be Clarks. We were welcomed to the store and shown the way to the pre-walking selection. Dom was a great help, really friendly, offering a tissue for my daughter’s strawberry juiced hands and clearly explained how the soles ensure flexibility as well as support for our 10 month old’s little feet and toes.
An occasion we won’t forget.

I have visited the store many times before but felt the service was poor.
This time I still visited Clark's as I was fed up with relying on online buying.
Thanks to Ellis! He was very friendly and came forward to show all the available shoes (of course there were not many matches for my need ans size) and I narrowed down to what I needed!
I would give this young man a 💯 for making up for the otherwise dull store.

Dom was our store assistant, he was very quick and helpful whilst also super friendly.
He managed to get both my boys measured up and found their first choice within no time!

I came into the Reading store with my 5-year-old son, Matthew. We were lucky enough to be served by the lovely Ellis, who chatted to Matthew throughout and showed genuine interest in his hobbies. Great experince while shoping for new shoes. And I really had a great service as previously i walked in a different store (not clarks) and i was ingnored and poorly serviced. Everything was great, even the seller, Ellis was polite and convinced me to buy 2 pairs of shoes that day so really happy overall with my shoping experience and purchase.

Ellis was very patient and helpful (and friendly) to find the right size for me. Good selection of the type of shoes I was looking for too.

Getting new school shoes for my son is usually a fight, but we were served by Ellis who in my son’s words was “super kind”. Ellis was so good with my son, and we managed to find a pair in no time at all. Thank you very much for the great customer service!!
