Ellis was fantastic during the shoe fitting for my 2 daughters. He was very friendly, knowledgable and the girls are thrilled with their trainers, shoes and wellies.

I visited the store just to buy some laces. A young man named Elliott could not have been more helpful, he took great trouble to steer me to the best laces for my shoes, I ended up buying a cleaning kit which, again, he wet to great lengths to explain what each product does. His customer service skills are truly impressive , service above and beyond what you would expect.

Zoha Reading served me today. She was professional and very knowledgeable with the shoes I wanted to buy. As a customer, I really appreciate her time and dedication to serving me today.

I took my 2 daughters to clarks today for measuring and to buy some shoes and trainers. Amna served us today and was fantastic, she was attentive, warm and patient. My youngest daughter was being a bit of a nightmare but Amna brushed it off. A massive thank you! We bought 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of trainers because of her! She deserves a pay rise!
