The level of service was outstanding. Izzy Cox in Worcester was absolutely brilliant with my son, who is autistic and hates shoes anyway. If I still worked in retail I would be back to poach Izzy from you.

Stress free experience
I made an appointment on their website which was really easy and then walked straight in to the shop today. Served straight away by Olly who was patient, helpful, informed and used his initiative. It was really busy given the back to school rush but this service made it a stress free experience.

Happy Nan!
Visited the Worcester store and was served by a lovely young man named Ben.
The store was very busy & I had 3 grandchildren with me, 2 of whom needed school shoes. As you can imagine it was very chaotic! Ben was very calm, helpful & polite. I found the whole experience ran smoothly and will definitely go back.

Amazing Staff
I went in for a pair of school shoes for the little one and I was served by Rebecca. She was truly lovely and sweet, made my child feel safe and comfortable as they struggle with social events especially shoe fittings. I will 100% be back again next year for new shoes. The service is fantastic in this Clarks.
Served quickly, friendly staff, clean store and listened to.

It’s sixth form time and we went in to…
It’s sixth form time and we went in to Clark’s Worcester to purchase some adult men’s shoes. The service was excellent and Grace Briscombe went out her way to find a wide fitting size plus another option. She also had a great patient temperament.
We’d just come from M&S where we couldn’t even sit down to try on the shoes so abandoned that and headed for good old Clark’s!

Lovely Assistant
I went to get my daughter fitted with some school shoes for the first time in the Worcester branch. We were helped by the assistant Grace Briscombe.
Grace was very pleasant. She ensured we were provided with as many options as possible to ensure my daughter was satisfied with her choice and nothing was too much trouble. I also felt no pressure to purchase which I have had with assistants in the past.
She explained about the 3 month guarantee that if the shoes do not fit within the time frame the shoes can be exchanged which is definitely a bonus.I certainly would recommend this service and would shop again in the future.
